    so far my experience with supersmooth has been supersmooth. Don is ery acoomodating with my last minute requests of time changes and I am very satisfied with the results that I am getting

    I did a maintenance session for facial hair laser and cannot recommend supersmooth enough!

    My session started with a consultation with Dion who was patient and very informative throughout, and has since reached out to me multiple times following my session to share after care tips, and to see how I’m doing and to check in on how my regrowth has been. Her kindness and attention to detail have been very heartwarming and frankly the first such experience I’ve had.

    Next, I met with Joyce who was took me through the laser session, she was incredibly meticulous and thorough and ensured I had a safe, comfortable, and overall pleasant session.

    I definitely recommend the team at the Centrepoint branch, and am thankful for how incredible they made my experience. Thank you!

    The place itself had a great ambience. The treatment was pain-free n comfortable. The staff who attended me was very informative and helpful. Only reason why I m not returning is that the package is not flexible n the package is not catered case by case for each individual.

    Had a positive experience with Supersmooth. I was attended to by Chris who was very professional with the services he provides which was awesome and, he ensured that I was feeling comfortable throughout the treatment. It was an overall great experience and will be back for more treatments.

    Great experience! Karen is gentle and thorough with the treatment. She is also very friendly and check in for aftercare.

    Reviewing the service and I had only one very recent appointment.

    The staff are 5*! Very knowledgeable and Karen was patient and thorough. Compare normal laser, they use OLED laser with a cooling gel so there is no pain.

    Professional hair removal services provided by SuperSmooth! The therapist was very careful with every step and very caring towards my pain tolerance. Looking forward to future visits and already satisfied with the first result!

    Really great experience with SuperSmooth. Went here being scared whether it would work, as I don’t know anyone who has done Laser treatment. But Noel & Joyce are really helpful in explaining the whole process and getting to know your comfort level.

    Would totally recommend SuperSmooth for Laser hair, as I see a huge difference in hair growth. Hair growth has reduced significantly and also grows back less finer after several laser sessions.

    Very pleased with Supersmooth and Noel.

    I have extensive past experience with laser hair removal (abroad) and after reading a lot of reviews and checking various websites I decided to try Supersmooth. Happy to say, I didn’t need to look any further.

    Noel is very pleasant, knows his work and always checking up on me after the sessions to make sure everything is ok, and to find out how is the result of the treatment.

    Fully recommend!

    I was really pleased with the customer service from Noel. He’s very friendly and explained everything clearly. He made me feel comfortable eventhough it is my first laser treatment. Would highly recommend Supersmooth and Noel as ur therapist.
