    No idea how this place has so many good reviews, the customer service is a total waste of time. I tried to book an appointment this morning and 12 hours later am still no closer to getting an appointment and I really have no idea why.

    I mentioned that I had previously had laser in the UK and after that they stopped replying. Then after I chased them they asked what type of laser it was and then said I should go somewhere else because they don’t have that machine. Then when I queried this they didn’t reply again.

    I’m no laser expert but I’m fairly certain if you have laser once you don’t have to use the same brand of machine for the rest of your life. All I can think is that they realised they wouldn’t be getting much money out of me since I would only be booking two or three top-up sessions and they weren’t interested?

    Vivian was excellent. Very attentive and thorough. Even walked me outside to make sure I caught my rideshare from the right location. They go above and beyond. All very nice ladies.

    As a person of colour, I think this was yet another place that overpromised what they could deliver. I had very thick hair growth even till the end of my package sessions and had to raise my concern and get another consultation with trainer to review the sessions. Eventually on my remaining 3 warranty sessions, they switch things up and suddenly happen to have better results. Why was this not done in the earlier sessions? They didn’t even give complimentary sessions to see me through the end, low service integrity. Took the whitening package too, almost no result. Money wasted. Don’t recommend at all. Consultants are friendly but they keep discussing in Chinese about my pits, makes me feel uncomfortable when I’m right there. Speak in English and we all can understand what’s going on. Just my luck.

    Booked a trial session for laser hair removal at Robinson Square outlet. Was served by Joanna with the consultation and Vivian assisted during the procedure. No regrets choosing their service. Awesome service and attention given to me as I has some personal concerns. They were really understanding and provided me with the best service as possible. I really appreciate their kind gesture and I am looking forward to my next appt. God bless you ladies. Also this was really an enjoyable session unlike doing SHR previously. Highly recommend.

    I had credits to use for a facial. I chose a hydration facial and eye treatment. I was experiencing dry skin under my eyes from some reaction to products i had used. The therapist recommended a eye treatment and in under 24 hours the dry skin has completely disappeared.

    Meh. Stay away. I should have done real laser (not IPL, not supersmooth proprietary whatever, REAL laser. Google the differences. Their “proprietary” machine is not real laser, and gauging from my literal 3 years of treatments…also not that good. The area I had lasered I would say has been 35%-40% effective…..That’s pretty bad. I bought a $3000 “guaranteed” package which is randomly not guaranteed, it is 19 sessions? The ladies were friendly enough but over the course of the 19 sessions over 34 months I had wildly varied lengths of appointment time and “laser” intensity from the multitude of different technicians that helped me when I came in. That feels like a ton of sessions for this to actually be a good product/machine. Sorry!

    I’ve gotten waxes around the world and this place is my favorite. All the staff are professional, polite, and friendly. The facility itself looks clean, modern, and new. I enjoy the playful signage. They had music playing and dim lighting which made me feel at ease. The wax is not hot at all, unlike other places I’ve been to – it’s comfortably warm. The aesthetician (Catherine/Katherine?) was very talented. She was efficient and thorough. I took ibuprofen and panadol before my session so I’m not sure how much was the drugs and how much was her talent, but this was definitely the most painless wax I’ve ever had. And best of all – the most affordable wax at a quality place in Singapore, to the best of my knowledge.

    This was my second time there and I will be back again!

    I thought getting hair removal means being awkward with the therapist. But not here! My therapist, Kelly, is very friendly and talk to me which help me to relax making the sessions less awkward and more comfortable. Loving this place for its service and ambiance!

    I feel well taken care of each time I visit Supersmooth. Kelly is skilful and friendly, always making sure I am comfortable during the laser treatment. I also appreciate that she is not pushy when introducing the other services the salon offers. Would definitely recommend Supersmooth and Kelly to anyone looking for professional laser hair removal.

    Dion & Vivian are super friendly and accommodating. I always enjoy my time @ Supersmooth! Really clean and spacious rooms!

    Vicky is a really great all rounder. Her facials were brill and skin glowed after. Also really gentle with IPL treatments, always checking in to make sure you’re okay.

    Vicky helps me with laser hair removal and she always makes me feel at ease. She always check on me if I am okay and gives me good recommendations! I trust her alot despite feeling very intimidated initially. Thanks Vicky! Strong recommend her

    Results are great! Vicky, my therapist, creates a pleasant environment to be in while doing the treatments skilfully, cleans up thoroughly, and takes the time to explain what aftercare would be best.

    Had Joanne as my therapist and she was great at making it comfortable and was knowledgeable as well.

    The rest of the staff are friendly and patient in explaining the different type of treatments too, highly recommend!

    I have been visiting Supersmooth for about 2 years and am pleased with the amazing results. My therapist, Emily is wonderful, and always makes me feel comfortable. For someone who has lots of questions and concerns, Emily has been an amazing support. Thank you, Emily! If you are new to laser hair removal, I strongly recommend Supersmooth, and Emily!

    Vicky is our to go to facial therapist. She does both my husband’s and my facial monthly and we simple love how she takes her time and explains the facial process and areas she is working on. She is also my therapist for my lower leg and under arm therapist. A wonderful therapist, Supersmooth is lucky to have a dedicated staff!
