    Last week i accompany my girlfriend done her hair at Tiong Bahru jean yip salon and guess what the we are really very fascinated by lovely receptionist malay girl by the name liza of her kindness service and we really very appreciate of her politeness..we hope that jean yip staff can follow example of her good ethics and great service..cheers to her

    Friendly beautician and the experience was nice. She offers you extras (at a price) but absolutely dosnt push you- however the nice lady who does your treatment will disappear quickly and you then go into a room with another sales woman who pushes you to sign up for a $300 membership , i had to say no about 3 times. I might have returned but these push sales make me uncomfortable so probably wont return based on that.

    I had been a regular member at Jean Yip Tiong Bahru branch for their facial services. Its quite relaxing and services offered are satisfactory. Special shoutout to Eunice.. she is simply amazing and always keen to suggest different treatment based on skin conditions!

    I would like to comment that my beautician, Apple Su is great. Her skills are superb, she is patient and has the heart to take care of my skin and does not push for products. I would like to recommend that the company reward her with incentives accordingly as part of the retention strategies. Today, i meet Felicia Lim, group skin specialist. She knows the company products well and is super impressive and dynamic. Immediately, she is able to advise Apple the type of products i need to improve my skin condition. Jean Yip should keep such personnel in the company

    I had my facial done today & it was awesome! The staff were all very professional and helpful. They provided personalised service based on my skin condition. Recommended the right treatment and did not try to hard sale their packages though they did suggested value for money treatments. The facial was both relaxing and calming. I will definitely use them again. Chelsea was amazing and very professional & Eunice was simply outstanding!

    (I didn’t agree to do a certain course of treatment, but because they wanted to make money, they said they had already canceled a course of treatment for me and I had to make up the difference. I had no choice but to bite the bullet and pay the money, but afterwards I found that this kind of service attitude was very bad. No With the customer’s consent, they changed the course of treatment without authorization, told the beautician that there was no money, and was forced to sell the product and asked to pay. I strongly recommend that customers who care about the beautician’s attitude should not be tempted by some promotions. They are very unsympathetic. They will only make money for their profit.)

    沒有答應要做某個療程，但卻因為他們要賺錢之下說已經幫我退了一個療程，還要補差額，我只好硬著頭皮付了錢，可是事後發現這樣的服務態度非常不行，沒有在客戶答應之下，而擅自更換療程，也跟美容師說身上沒錢，還被強迫推銷要求付錢，強力推薦如果在乎美容師態度的客戶們，不要因為一些促銷而動心，他們非常沒有同情心，只會為了利益而賺錢。
