    Had very super super nice n comfortable experience being service by Ms Mei San. She’s very bubbly n make me leave in very happy mood. Very gentle n professional. Keep up the good job. 😘😘

    Hi, I m a regular . Past member. After that I refuse to sign for any package , reason once a package is sign the service is not as expected. So the last visit, staff kept pushing me, I thought ok
    Let’s give another try perhaps things has change as there were new staff . Today I visited w a mani & pedi service. True enough , not as expected. Disappointing. My usual I don not have any nail polish require just a buffer . When the staff who attended to me, told me it’s done. I was shock. I asked her ‘ no buffer? ‘ She replied’ oh I used this to buff’ ! But I don see the shine. I know what’s a good shine is because I had it previously done . I was impressed. She gave another buff…. it’s still disappointing. Perhaps she was not train to do buffing. I m
    Worries now, as I have couple more services from my package. I hope I will not be disappointed next round. Pls advise, what should I do for my
    Next visit? I want & expect a proper service with a good shine. I do not wish to complain, as this does not benefit me

    I have decided to repost my review due to my civic mindedness. For those who are unaware I have been going to this salon for at least two years or more and have feedback about the skills of their manicurists as after giving them a second chance by renewing my package I encountered the same issue that my gel manicure started to peel in less than 1 week

    which is not the norm as most of the staff there are not detailed or patience enough to wait for the first coat to dry before adding on

    I will not patronise anymore even when I have 16 sessions of IBX package left.

    If you do not wish to see any negative feedback it’s time to either send your staff for upgrading or increase their salary so that they will be more dedicated !

    Been with them for 3 years and counting! No hard selling. Impeccable service and friendly staff. I can always leave my nails to them without any worries.

    I have been to the Tampines outlet twice and was served by Germaine on both visits. Really happy with the outcome of the sessions! The rest of the staff are very friendly too. Absolutely no hard selling from them which is definitely a plus point. Thanks for the relaxing and great experience. Will definitely go back to them in the future!

    Absolutely love the services rendered at the Tampines Mart branch. I’ve been visiting the outlet since they opened. Staff there are very friendly and professional. Services rendered are excellent. They do not do hard-selling, which is another plus point. Keep up the great work to the staff there!

    nice nail products and services. My nails still looking good after 3 weeks. when usually they fall off or chip off after 1+ weeks

    I regularly go to the Tampines branch because their manicurists especially Ms. Anne always does a great job. She is well experienced and she makes sure her art work is perfect everytime. The process is smooth and very comfortable. I would recommend this branch to my friends.

    Regular place for my pedi & mani. All of their staff are excellent and professional. Anne does an wonderful extension for my mani.
