Seriously impressed by the speed and quality of work of the artists here. My friend and I did a classic manicure and classic gel manicure together, and we were done at the same time. I did the gel manicure, and I have nothing but praises for my artist – meticulous in every step of the process, thoughtful to ask if one of my nails was okay to work on as there was a visible scar, and the cleanest application of the polish I’ve seen.

Worth every $ and would definitely visit again.

Chloe and Ann are master manicurists – they are always able to deliver the designs I want perfectly. The standard in nail artelier is definitely ahead of many other nail studios I’ve been.

Incredibly polite and professional staff. I came with a picture showing what kind of nails I wanted and the nail artist guided me through picking the best colors to match my skin tone. She made sure the nails were done exactly as I wished and took her time to carefully complete the look. Never been so pleased with the service and final result anywhere before!

Chloe has been doing my nails for close to a year and I am constantly impressed by how meticulous she is. 10/10 would recommend.

Staff were friendly. Nonetheless, I got a cut on both my finger and my left big toe. Only realised that it was bleeding and had dried up 2hours later. The leg nail polish didn’t last very long either. Husband did his toe and the staff had dig the big toe nail too deep. The side also bleed and dried up.

cut my nails too short and then gave me very bad shape because unable to do a nice square shape anymore. my shape was like lopsided curved, and some nails were even curved upside down!! gel polish was uneven. waste of my time and money.

Staff was not friendly at all. It was like they are forced to do the job. Upon asking abt design only provided 2 catalogue staff was very cold upon suggestions. Not a good experience.

It is my first time here with Nail Artelier and I have gotten a set of perfect nail extensions with the amazing customised nail arts done up by the nail artist, Ann Lee. Totally love the way she takes pride in all her nail art designs and appreciate her professionalism in shaping my extension nails, trimming my cuticles and ensuring all the nail length for each finger is right and equal in length!

She is also very patient, nice and sincere to chat with!

Will definitely come back more for their services and gonna try their spa pedicure gel next time!

Despite having a real person measuring my nails for a $90 set of customized press-on nails, the fit was poor, infact even worse than pre-made ones at Watsons. Fit is the MOST important thing about these nails otherwise it looks really obviously fake. Mentioned the fit issue and they tried to file down the sides when I came down the 2nd time, but there are limits to this and they weren’t willing to redo. In her words this is something they do in their spare time and not their main scope of work…wow then don’t charge $90!? I’ve basically tossed the set of nails away since it cannot be used, design was okay but too bad about the fit. Also the nail tech was pressing my nails extremely hard when trying to measure / re-fit, please be more gentle as cutting off my finger circulation has evidently not improved the accuracy of your work…

I have been with Mei Mei for close to a year and she has been very meticulous and also takes the initiative to propose designs once she grasp the brief that I have given.

I know I am in good hands when I am with her. ?

While I am not one that’s crazy about nail art, this place has more than just nail art to offer. The electric nail tools that TNA uses also helps to protect my nails. I leave TNA with a fresh set of healthy nails each time.

I have been going to TNA for past 6 months and this is the only place I would trust with my problematic nails. They do not sell any packages and to be frank, they will not try to oversell/hardsell any services unnecessarily. The prices tend to be a bit higher but you pay for quality and artistic creativity.

I saw the mixed bag of positive and negative comments for the salon so let me share my pointers so that you have a positive experience there.

    1. If you have a specific design in mind, share with them and ask them the artist that specializes in it. Some specialized in complex floral , some are good at anime arts , some are into tile arts etc. If you do not know, just share them the inspo picture and they will assign someone who is good at this. Even in the medicine, there are specialized fields so why not on nail artistry, right?

    2. If you have a special occasion nails like wedding or some important event , just let them know. Then, they will assign a senior artist to do your nails.

    3. Most important part! Ask your nail artist to assess your nails and get them to recommend you the types of services you might need. To give you the context, my nails always have this weird dip and tend to grow upwards. Prior to TNA, most of my manicures always ended up with lumps/bumps. Besides , some of my nails grew a bit crooked and the shaping always bugged me because it was never properly done.

I communicated those issues with the TNA nail artist and she recommended to do the overlay to smooth out the nail first and create a perfect canvas before applying a nail color/art. After coloring, apply another overlay to further smoothen the nails. And I kid you not, that fix 90% of my first world nail problems ?? Don’t get me even started on shaping skills and techniques. I could sing gospels for them !!!

    4. Be kinder to the new nail artists. Everybody has to start out somewhere, right? If you feel like your nails are not done the way you heart desired, communicate and work with them to correct it. Or seek help from senior artist to correct the issue. They are friendly and helpful.

    5. Always remember that everything is hand drawn here so, expect some slight variations lah.

This is my 2nd time at the nail artelier and I am really blown away during by first visit by the level of professionalism and creativity by the staff there. They are very patient and are not pushy and give suggestion when you ask for their opinions. I really enjoyed my 1st session there and loved the nails they did for me that I went back again. The nail artelier is gonna be my regular nails salon from now on!
