    So many fake 5 stars reviews above. If only I can rate negative stars. This is the worst experience of a beauty parlour. Have been with them more than 10 years but the changes over the years seem to be for the worse. They called me up to “help” fix my massage appointment at their Roxy
    outlet, came to the outlet on a Saturday and the staff blamed me that wrong facial service was being booked? I said I don’t even have facial package with you in the first place. And when I further asked her to advise advise what is the balance of the package left, she replied that their system is new and can only see very brief details Like how many sessions left. And she said 3 only! When I recalled having more than 10 sessions on balance. I asked her to show me the proof of dates of my history that I came to use the massage, she was unable to furnish and said I need to check back on weekdays where HQ or office can access. She said she will check and call me on Monday, which she did not. I called back Roxy outlet on Thursday to ask for an answer, the lady Apple asked me to call contact centre. I called the number she gave, and the contact centre officer asked me to call the Roxy outlet and in this case ask for outlet manager to check as he does not have the system on his end?! Called back Roxy and Apple said outlet manager is busy will leave her message to call me back. Still waiting, something is very wrong with their system and structure. Do not sign and patronise this brand. Very sure they will be closed down in no time.

    We have been their customers for more than 15 years but the booking of appointment for our massage is getting from bad to worst. Even after making a confirmed appointment with the appointment center, received sms on the confirmed appointment, the massage center we are to go for the massage has no record of the appointment for us??? It happened today! This isn’t the 1st time it happened! Many a time, Roxy square staff blamed it on their booking system and tries to push us to different time and dates, they think we are staying next door and no need to work, so we can come in as what they planned. It looks like they are like Bosses and we are staff, not customer. Don’t even have a website or email to feedback! How are we goin to continue to with the massage package? This is outrageous!

    Have been with De beaute for 10 years..their products are the best suited for my sensitive skin.. great n friendly service. Eevon was my therapist n love the treatment n massage. She is super skillful..best of the best. The pain on my back disappeared..

    We were at de Beaute Roxy Square today for our facial treatment and were attended to by Apple and Jasmine who were very helpful and attentive and explained very clearly the T&C of the new package that we signed up today. Overall very satisfactory experience.
