    I’ve been with Porcelain for a couple of years and their products are really great for my sensitive skin. Therapist Michelle is very knowledgeable and curates a treatment plan for me to ensure that my skin problems are tackled at. She will proactively check in with me on my skin conditions to make sure that my acne issues are under control. Highly recommend Porcelain to everyone!

    I’ve been with Porcelain for a couple of years now. Love that there is no hard selling, and their treatments are effective. Extractions are thorough, equipment facials are relaxing, zap facials significantly brightens the skin! The face spa outlet at cantonment has toilets within the outlet itself which makes it extra convenient if you ever need to use the toilet.

    Amazing as always. The Quintessential Facial is probably the best extraction facial I’ve ever experienced. Only gripe is it’s super expensive but if you’re looking for clear, smooth skin and can take a bit of pain, it’s well-worth the money.

    Porcelain have many different kinds of treatments catered for different skin conditions. Highly recommend my therapist Moon for being very patient and attentive to my skin concerns as I have sensitive skin. She also a Trustworthy therapist too! Makes me feel very comfortable each time in her good hands !

    The staffs are well trained and very professional with competent knowledge in their skills and products.

    Their products are also effective and continuous improvement is always being seen in their
    Endeavour for excellence, be it in their services/product offerings to brand/marketing communications to staff training.

    Been a loyal customer since 2016 and my therapist Michelle is more than I could ask for. I have oily – combination skin and suffered breakouts since I was a teen. My skin improved immensely over the years through her efforts and our combined hard work. I have learnt so much about taking care of my skin over the years and people keep complimenting my skin now! Truly feel so much more confident and it’s all thanks to porcelain!

    The only place that can clean my face and pores thoroughly. Ever since I started on Quintessential treatments, I see a significant reduction in blemishes. The OxyRevive treatment really hydrates my face too.

    signed up many packages here which cost more than 10k few years back, with Auntie Jenny. Didn’t do much justice to my skin. on and off cystic acne outbreak still. Eventually went to aesthetic clinic which was manned by doctor/dermatologist, skin much improved after laser treatment.

    I would not recommend the therapist, Zoey Chan, at Porcelain Origins (Paragon) as she is in experienced and unprofessional in her skills which I have never experienced in my life. Yesterday was my worst facial and eye treatment that I ever had at Porcelain. I did not enjoy my CO2 Skin Renewal facial and multi spectrum eye treatment sessions. I have my usual monthly facial routine at Porcelain Origins. Just because my usual therapist, Elly Ng, was unavailable at the stipulated time slot I wanted a month ago so I decided to try another therapist, thinking that she was just as good. To my extreme disappointment, Zoey Chan’s skills was under average. She just merely using the machine roller to roll over my face without using another hand to sweep the skin upwards for uplifting effect unlike my usual therapist who did it often for me. When come to the eye treatment, needless to say, she didn’t even apply much pressure to massage the eye areas. One ala carte facial and eye treatment session was totally not cheap at Porcelain. The experience was a totally dissatisfaction for me. I really hope Porcelain would look into this matter and avoid further disappointment in their services provided for their consumers in the near future.
