Description
Neostrata Facial Cleanser is a soap-free formulation that gently, yet effectively, cleanses and lightly exfoliates without drying or stripping the skin. Gluconolactone, a Polyhyroxy Acid (PHA), is non-irritating and suitable for all skin types. The cleanser prepares the skin to optimize the skincare regimen that follows, and repeated use helps make the skin appear smoother and younger. This product is particularly beneficial for patients who have sensitive skin, even those with rosaea. it is also appropriate for patients who have recently undergone an in-office proceduresuch as chemical peel, microdermabrasion or non-ablative laser treatment.
Formulated with 4% Gluconolactone, our soap-free, fragrance-free formulation gently yet effectively cleanses and exfoliates without drying or stripping the skin. Suitable for all skin types, this product is especially beneficial in conjunction with therapeutic skin regimens, for patients with sensitive skin, or those who have recently undergone an in-office procedure such as microdermabrasion, a chemical peel or a non-ablative laser procedure. A very mild facial cleanser, I use it in the morning. I prefer a foaming cleanser or a salicylic acid cleanser at night to remove sunscreen and make up. This has no fragrance.
