- Returns claims must be initiated within 14 days of you receiving your order.
- Claims initiated after 14 days of receiving order will not be accepted.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use, be in its original packaging, sealed condition, unopened packaging along with all original accessories and any free gifts received with it.
- Products broken seal must not be broken or alteration in any way.
- Products that has been used are not eligible for return or refund.

If you have received a defective / broken / damaged item / incomplete products or sets, please open a ticket here and provide information (photos, videos) that can clearly show the mentioned issue.
After receiving the returned item, we will inspect, validate the claim within 3 working days. Once your claim is validated, a refund will be given via the original payment method within 14 days from the date of claim validation.
