    I just walked in to do express gel nails. Pretty decent job by the nail technician. But what I didnt ask for, needed nor expect was to get shamed about my skin and face. Sales lady(with the calculator) walked in halfway my manicure and scrutinized my face and spots and exclaimed “Oh my godd” many times, like my face was an abomination. Went on to ask how old am I, and exclaimed that I have not had children but yet my face is already so terrible. Shamed me and got the rest of the staff to join in the shaming. Went on to say that my eyebrows were “messy” and they needed a trim (Could have just said “do you want to trim ur brows to neaten it” right?? ).

    Wow. Is that how you sell products to people? By shaming and scaring women to pay you after making them insecure about themselves?? Shame on you. What makes a woman truly ugly is not how she appears, but what comes out of her mouth.

    In fact I had been to that place but for a shopping for my Grandson.Still it is really a wonderful shopping experience with walk ways,parking etc etc.Thanks.

    Came here for aqua head spa. Staff was very friendly and polite, and explained the steps to me. The head massage was amazing and felt super relaxed. Was offered a package at the end, but no hard selling here

    Was here for the Aqua Head Spa.

    Love the hair massage… it was very relaxing.

    Leng was very good and strong with her massage…

    Worth to try.

    Staff not pushy about doing sales.

    Love the overall experience…

    I did a trial aqua head spa and the experience was pretty good. The staffs were friendly and not hard-selling. Good to book the appointment earlier to avoid disappointment.

    Did a aqua head spa with my partner. It was really relaxing and enjoying process. Would visit again and totally recommend people to come for a relaxing session after long hours of work.

    Tried the aqua head Spa here. Ah Leng was the one who did my head Spa. She’s good 🙂 The session includes head, shoulder and hand massage which are great and relaxing. You get to enjoy the session on a massage chair if you like this. Otherwise, you have the option to not have the massage chair turn on as well.

    All the staff and “managers” in this entire chain are definitely taught to hard-sell. I’ve been to this outlet a couple of times a few years ago, and the entire time I was doing my pedi & mani, they were just repeatedly trying to hard sell the packages to me.

    Despite repeatedly saying no, they will continue to pester and harass you to sign on with them.

    This happened again for the outlet in Novena Square 2. They will try to hard sell eyebrow, lash extensions and even massage packages. Desperate much?!

    DO NOT STEP INTO ANY ZEN BEAUTY OUTLETS ISLANDWIDE. I assure u, they are all the same.

    Very bad hair cutting skills. No effort at all. Just cut just the sake of cutting. Living me with a ugly hair cut. Will not recommend

    Have the aqara spa treatment. Was relaxing and definitely worth trying. Good experience. Considering going for more

    Aqua head spa- it was an interesting experience and my therapist was very meticulous and patient. Worth a try!

    Visited this place for hair treatment. The Hairstylist Jaron suggested me to take the K gloss hair treatment after he assessed my hair condition. I’m very satisfied with the service and definitely will visit again.

    Jaron is very patient, attentive, detailed n take extra care of my sensitive scalp. He gave ideas on how to change my boring hairstyle n color which I kept for donkey years. And I was pleasantly surprised how refreshed I look now! Totally sold and I just keep going back to Jaron! Definitely recommending Jaron to people around me ???

    Jaron has a positive attitude and professional every time I visit zen beauty . It is quite a comfortable salon to visit and they are not pushy for any other services / packages .

    The hairstylist by the name of jaron, very professional & well dedicated of his job. If you don’t have any idea what to cut? Don’t worried, he will suggest what type of hairstyle..
