    I am writing to express my profound disappointment and disbelief at the unethical actions of your staff. At my 28.3.2025 visit, your employee burned my hair during hair treatment. I felt prickly hot sensation which is weird but I have never expected it causing my hair to be burnt. Instead of admitting wrongdoing, your staff proceeded to claim that this was due to a condition called alopecia. In response, I sought confirmation from a dermatologist, who assured me that the condition does not align with the criteria for alopecia.

    This is irresponsible , reckless and harmful behavior to me and other customers. I will be escalating this matter to the relevant authorities in Singapore to ensure a full investigation.

    The distress and harm caused by this incident are unacceptable!! This is the damage done – see attached photo

    I had an amazing scalp treatment experience with Alwing! He’s knowledgeable and the whole process is so relaxing and gentle. Jess also takes the time to assess my scalp condition before treatment.

    The process was relaxing, and I could feel the difference immediately—my scalp felt refreshed and much healthier.

    It’s such a big room, there are a lot of staff, and there are a lot of seats. The whole process was very comfortable. It was so cool that I didn’t have to wash it myself and blow it myself! Haha, it can also be used to take good care of your hair.

    They do not honour their promise, in the message ask me to do the trial before 12 Jan, they will give me 500ml shampoo. I rushed to make appointment before 12 Jan, then they tell me it’s limited edition and promotion was last year. So they scam you into going for the trial. Anyway service was so-so, I am definitely not going back again

    The location is convenient, you can see it right after entering Paya Lebar Square from MRT. The first time I did hair care was dedicated to YunNam. They all use medicinal herbs to care for the scalp. After washing, the whole hair will be shiny. Wow, it is really different. I can’t wait for the next treatment. Happy🥰

    It’s a very good hair care and hair treatment shop. I had the opportunity to try it yesterday. After listening to the salesperson’s help using a magnifying glass for consultation, she explained the treatment methods in the store. It was very scientific. The whole process is very relaxing, with a strong Chinese medicinal flavor and pure plant extracts. The fuel level is indeed much less today ~ very satisfied

    I have always had problems with scalp oil and hair loss. After doing a scalp treatment and washing my hair every other day, the hair loss was significantly reduced.
