    Jess Chan hardsold us so hard, before we even started the treatment. She literally almost locked us in a room and refused to take no for an answer. The thing is we have yet to go for the treatment, so there is no reason why we would sign 2k+ worth of packages when we have yet to even experience it. Turned me off so much I was definitely NOT signing up for a package

    EDIT: contacted them and they didn’t reply. Them “reaching out” here is just for show. Jokes

    Went to do the free trial treatment as advertised by Yun Nam as I know I have hair drop issues hence looking for some professional to do hair treatment but during the consultation they hard sell me their package. Where got people sell package before the treatment begins? What if the service not good or I don’t like it? They even ask their manager to come in and hard sell me the package, spend a good 30 mins trap inside the room with them. After multiple times rejecting them, they give me a stare and cold shoulder and ask me to proceed to the treatment room. After treatment, did the analysis again and another round of them talking to me about the package, told them my financial issue they still ask me to download atome, told them I don’t use atome they insist me to download, told them I don’t want download than they let me go. For those thinking of going to Yun Nam for hair treatment, better think twice, their competitors IYKYK don’t hard sell as desperate as Yun Nam.

    The whole treatment duration is only 45mins thereabouts, the rest of the time hard sell package to you
    FYI, they state that you won’t be “forced” to sign up a package on their FAQ is a huge red flag, THEY WILL.!!!! Really think twice before making appointment or you will not only waste your own time but waste money too!

    Very bad hard selling. Even the manager tries to make you feel bad about yourself. Product not washed off properly and cloth was not clean. Made my face break out the next day. Worst experience ever.

    I recently tried a first trial free scalp treatment at Yun Nam in AMK, and I have to say, it was a disappointing experience. Right from the start, the consultant was more focused on hard selling than on making me feel comfortable. Like, who would sign a package before they even experience the treatment? It’s a trial for a reason. What if I signed the package only to realize I don’t enjoy the treatment? Her attitude completely changed the moment I mentioned I wasn’t interested in purchasing a package – she gave me the cold shoulder and barely even looked at me. The only time I saw her smile was when she was pushing their packages on me, which made the entire experience feel uncomfortable and forced.

    I initially considered signing up for a package, but after this experience, I’m so glad I didn’t. When I politely mentioned that I needed time to think, they continued pressuring me, showing a complete lack of respect for my decision. The treatment itself was far from relaxing, and overall, the entire visit felt highly unprofessional. If you’re looking for a place that genuinely cares about customer comfort and satisfaction, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
