    The salon to go to for Korean Men perm!

    Stylist: You Jeong is very friendly and she’s always able to make my hair look so good. Approach her if you are looking for Korean male perm! Her service is top-notch! 🙂

    Got their perm a few hours ago. Looks like an absolute mess, how does this even happen??? At least the staff was friendly. Paid 249 for this yikes…. 😭

    My third visit to the salon and it never fails to disappoint me. Today I managed to get Sawyer to help me because I could not get an appointment with Ju. He was amazing. I was very undecided how to manage my hair or the style to choose from. Sawyer gave me great advice and a neater hair cut.
    To be accurate both stylist are excellent. Definitely will be back!

    My latest visit on march10/2025 and I did a cold perm with You Jeong! Something wavy, fresh and I love it.

    Requested style: Korean wave!

    my stylist is awesome but sadly i can’t say the same about the receptionists booking the appointments. i had a voucher that i told them i would use when i made my appt, they acknowledged. but it was not reflected in the final bill and their only solution was for me to book additional services just so i could use it, after i had already spent almost $500 on a haircut and perm. this isn’t the first disappointment with the receptionists here as a customer for close to 5yrs. e.g. i’ve made queries in the past which they promised to get back on, but i never heard back. i don’t like to leave less than stellar reviews but i feel this is the only way for management to take notice..

    The service provided was professional and time efficient! The 6 steps hair treatment was worth it too. They have a comprehensive menu for us to choose a complimentary drink.

    Went for the color bundle today and the experience was awesome! My stylist was Jamie and I thought that she did a great job with my hair. It’s my first time dyeing my hair and she was very patient with me, making sure I am comfortable throughout the whole session.
    She also has a very friendly disposition and easy to speak to. I love how my hair look at the end of the session and the color was so pretty. Overall I really loved the experience and will definitely come back again soon!

    I wana give negative 5 stars but impossible. Walked in with hopes of getting a korean hairstyle. Ended up with a hairstyle of a north Korean. director of haircuts. Wake up your idea. You have the standards on qb house.

    Have been visiting regularly for quite some time for scalp treatment and have my scalp well taken care of by Valerie, with noticeable improvements (hair gets more voluminous and silky). Valerie is very approachable and knowledgeable on scalp issues too! If you are planning to do regular scalp treatment, recommend that you approach her 🙂

    Yoona was well versed in my makeup, she helped my mom with her eyebrows, she is accommodating even she is Korean, she speaks really good mandarin. Totally made my day as special as the occasion

    Came for a haircut on Valentine’s Day, and was a very good experience! My stylist Andy gave very good recommendations, he suggested doing a toner so my hair is in a neat 1 colour. When I went to wash my hair, he put a blanket over my legs because I was wearing shorts, which I found very thoughtful 🙂 A complimentary drink came with the service, it was really nice (the latte kept me awake 😂). I never got the girl assistant’s name but she was also really sweet while washing my hair and made sure that I was ok constantly. They even saw that I was dealing with some work stuff and gave me a pillow so my hands feel more comfortable typing as well ☺️ I was satisfied with my haircut and felt a lot lighter after 😂 Overall such a great experience and would come back to do my hair from now on 🫶🏻

    Nice and relaxing ambience. Love the complimentary cappuccino. As usual, my longtime stylist Caely did not disappoint in making my hair look good! Highly recommended place for hair services!

    Would not recommend the headspa treatment. Over promised, under delivered. The treatment was a glorified hair wash with a staff member who was not experienced and left my hair oily, having not washed it properly.

    Went to have my hair done today, so far i like the environment, made me feel comfortable. I will definitely come back again next month for another appointment

    Did the Ayurvedic Retreat. I must say it is not worth $180. The massage was nice, but I felt the therapist was not gentle enough, it is supposed to be relaxing but I didn’t feel that way. During hair wash, the therapist turned my head sideways hastily, causing water to enter into my ears. At the end of the session, I started having allergic reactions. My scalp, ears and neck started to be very itchy. Not sure if it is the products or the towel that caused the itch. It was an unpleasant experience. Unfortunately this is my first and also last time to visit My Sunshine.

    First time here and it was really good! Love the setting and atmosphere. Staff were professional and welcoming. Tried the True Care Head Spa & Massage with Yoona who was very calm and kind. Beverage I had tasted really good too. Would come again!
