    Bought a SHR voucher from Fave after hearing from my friend and visited for the first time today. My experience there was very pleasant! The treatment rooms were spacious comparing to other aesthetic places in Oxley Tower so it didn’t felt claustrophobic at all. My therapist was Sandy and she was very friendly and totally didn’t hard sell & ask me top up for packages etc. In fact, I was the one who actually enquired about the cost of top up for unlimited shots. Though I just had my first treatment with them, I would totally recommend them anyone who are keen in getting SHR, since the overall experience was great! I’ve been to places where the therapist hard sell non stop and that really spoils the customer experience. So, I’m glad Sandy didn’t 🙂

    Have been doing SHR treatment and whitening here for 2 years now, Sandy and her staff have been very friendly no hard selling from the team. Services are also effective, highly recommended! Do come down and try for yourself ☺️

    Did SHR with them for the past 2.5 years and would say that I do rly see effect and their price is kinda affordable as well would definitely recommend it 👍

    I’ve been coming here for 1.5 years. Being someone who has tried it all (waxing, IPL, SHR) in her hair removal journey, I’m so so glad to have found Sandy here at YL Beauty Aesthetics. She runs an honest business with reasonable pricing (and I am someone who would try 5 different places just to compare pricing). No hard selling. I do my SHR here (underarm, Brazilian) and she had been meticulous and careful every single time, never rushing through even if I happen to pop by during her lunch hour and she has to step away to serve me. Honestly, over the years of many many different hair removal places and feeling my money being cheated from those places’ lazy work, Sandy is the best because of her work ethics.

    Been doing my facial here for the past 2 years and the staff here are very friendly and they don’t hard sell. Maybe because I’m used to their service and they are very genuine and kind. For the package price, it’s pretty much a good deal as compared to other places. My skin has definitely made improvement due the treatments, definitely would recommend to my friends or colleague in the future 👍🏻
