    Manicure and pedicure prices are reasonable. Service from manicurists are very friendly.

    (My sisters are very attentive, and they help me choose new colors and styles every month that can cover up the big toe nail that left a bruise. Over the past six months, my new nails have grown back healthy and beautiful.)

    Poor customer service and attitude. Very unprofessional. Went to get a pedicure and ended up with an abrasion wound.

    This is the worse massage i had ever visit. Before sign up they say about how good they are but turn out worse.

    Service is sucks. The Vietnamese lady passed me the filer to me and asked me to do it by myself after I told her my nail is still out of shape. And told me this is what she know how to do and she doesn’t know what is my preference. Actually I just tell her I want round shape and commented that the shape she did was really out of shape which either she can’t understand or she can’t accept.

    And no patient at all when I was choosing colour , just stare at me and asked : choose one ?

    And she get very offensive when I asked her if she is Vietnamese. Immediately she responded to me she is Singaporean. And started telling me she can earn SGD10k per month and many Singaporean can’t earn this money. And told me even Singaporean can’t earn this money because they do not know pedicure and medicure.

    Oh my goddess, I asked her if she is Vietnamese because I just back from holiday from Danang and did my wonderful pedicure and medicure there. My wonderful impression about how good Vietnamese lady can do medicure and pedicure is spoilt by this very rude and rough Vietnamese lady at amk centre.

    And I asked her if they do disinfect for their tools and she said they did after each customer.

    I asked her because they did not do so after the customer who completed the service before me. And same , they did not spray the disinfect water after my service. I have pedicure and medicure every month and most of the shops did so, and this is the only shop never do disinfect on their service tools and gear.

    There are so many pedicure and medicure around AMK Center. Definitely I will not come back here again to spend my money with such rude and unprofessional service.

    I tried for the first time and it was the last time. I give it a try today because this is the only shop available in a Sunday afternoon, now understand why!

    Staff are good but the manager/supervisor is terrible, only show her service when ask for contract. Attitude issue. Last minutes cancel/ delay your appointment

    They are so hard selling. There’s a lady claim to be the manager show her bad attitude after i rejected her. When i get back to home then realize the top coat not even completely dry. Most bad experience i ever had and will never visit again.

    Bought a package for a mani pedi service after attending a trial session. Their charges were reasonable and most importantly the service provided by the Malaysian and Chinese manicurists was really good. However, the second time I visited, encountered a ruthless Vietnamese lady who claimed to be the owner and started experiencing very poor service and bad attitude as a paying customer. She hard sell stuff and try to manipulate her way by providing absolutely bad facial service and even had the cheek to accuse customer of not paying the right fee, when in fact she over promise on items that was not existence after collecting up front payment without issuing any receipt. Can someone in Singapore please check on this company dodgy practice? I am more than happy to provide further evidence to facilitate. Please be careful and be wary of this lady!

    Salon ladies cant speak English. They complained in Mandarin about customers. They wanted to charge more for removal of gel nailpolish although we were informed its a fixed price. All because it required more effort. Uneven nailpolish coating and a shoddy job done to the point where nails bled. This place should even be allowed to operate. I had a nightmare experience here. Highly recommend others to not have a similar experience.
