    In 2017, Vedure undertook a complete redesign of our MediSpa with our customer’s comfort as our top priority. Customers can complement their facials with our Bose sound system, playing their own music or through our digital library. USB chargers were available for device charging, while dressing rooms were created to allow customers to wind down & make up. A children’s play area was also set aside for our customer’s children.

    My beautician, Yuki, is so professional. She helps me with my acne skin which has made my skin improve significantly.

    My hands required some TLC so booked myself for their Sakura Nail Spa and topped up extra for gel polish. Whole gel mani took 1h, the therapist Jia Jia is meticulous and as I opted for red nails, there is an additional challenge to get it right. The end result is ok. After the gel mani is done, I got a hand/arm scrub and massage.

    If you are looking for something more pampering, I wont recommend this treatment. I paid 117 after tax, which was ok. Overall an ok experience for me, but not one I’ll return to in the near future.

    The service is impeccable & very customer-centric!!! They always tried to accommodate my schedule and the therapists are very professional and creative at nail designs. It’s also very hygienic and quiet so you can relax while doing your nails. I highly recommend Vedure to everyone.

    Came for a facial with my teenage daughter for a pampering treat. We had a pleasant experience. The therapist did a very good facial the place was clean and nice. Look forward to going back there for more treatment.

    I’ve been getting my facial done here for more than 10 years. Tried out other places before and didn’t like the hard sell or extraction wounds or unpleasant products after effect. Never had such problem here and never look back.

    Yuki my therapist is gentle, thorough and consistent. Facial is my only self pampering treat. I always leave feeling refreshed and satisfied after each session.

    Great service, friendly, polite & helpful staff who always welcome & thank you warmly, regardless of whether you buy new sessions. After experiencing other sub-par places, I really appreciate the attitude here! Great to do mani & pedi here, staff are meticulous, the big window view with tv & range of mags keep you entertained…. Good range of colors. They even take time to do scrubs & moisturiser application mindfully (many salons are sloppy with this, only slapping on scrub & washing off, some ridiculous ones charge extra to scrub the calves & shin!). I definitely think a bit of massaging tired feet & calves are key to the whole pedicure experience!

    For facials – Leichin is great, thorough in process, very skillful in her massages & applications. Love the oxygen facial, there was noticeable difference after the treatment. Yet even their basic facials are pampering & luxurious with face & neck & shoulder massage & soothing products.
    For IPL – Mindy is thorough & careful. She is not in a hurry to finish the job & makes sure you are comfortable after treatment.

    Reception staff are friendly & not pushy in selling packages. I have renewed different packages here many times on my own accord. Sometimes they have good promotions which makes ut great value for the level of service & pampering. Easy to book appts on whatsapp, very responsive.

    This is one of my favourite place to go for facial after having been to so many places in Singapore. Yuki, My beautician, Always does a very good job for helping to get my skin clean and radiant after each visit. She has been in this line for so many years. Hence, she knows what to give/ advise the proper treatment you need. Definitely no hard selling, you don’t have to worry if she would ask you to buy any package or products from her. If you would like to have any good facial service yet no hard selling. Do look for Yuki, You’ll certainly won’t regret my recommendation. =) Highly Recommended her. Once again, Thank you Yuki and Vedure.

    Costs too much for too little. Saw the reviews and went to the spa. The front service staff were somehome ‘disappointed’ when they saw me arrive. I got gel mani and pedi but it was okay not exceptional or anything. Do not recommend- there are better places which are more cost effective around.

    I bought the CNY nail package and have found the recept staff very responsive and polite, which is great. But I find the service staff rather reserved and not too friendly. I have to say I am not wowed by their service and I don’t see how they are ‘award-winning’ altho that is not to say that they are not good either. Guess I just expected more. Nice space though but massage chairs all a bit creaky.

    Very poor attitude and service. Charge me for a package I did not want and was reluctant to refund me, giving one excuse after another

    Great service but not cheap and of course they want to sell you packaged services and overpriced serums. Mostly for foreigners.

    But if you like the price. Still not a bad choice coz of the high quality service and great courtesy.

    I am very happy to visit Vedure at any time! Had an incredible massage today. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely will come again!
