    They run it professional n with personal touch. Thanks to lady Dr Lim delivered laser thoroughly included inside cheeks of mouth; no worries she is deft handed.
    Had 3 sessions of Fotona laser treatment that effectively removes wrinkles n tighten facial skin on my 66 yrs face at very competitive price too👍Beautician Gigi is attentive, listens well n understands that I cldnt continue treatment due to personal reasons. They run it professional n with personal touch.

    I doing treatment fotona 6D and Nucleofill Injection with Dr.chin . After done 3 session already can see good improvement with lifting and laugh line . All the staff very patient and provide very good service to me.

    I have scar problem , have done Sylfirm x and Injection Rejuran S + Juvelock total 5 times with Dr.Lim . So much improvement at my deep scar . Will be continue maintain. All the nurse also provided good service to me. I am very happy to go every time.

    Dr Lim is very patient n information is clear..staff service is good not hard sales,I did co2 laser treatment is good ,result is effective can see my scar have good improve👍

    I’ve tried the Chanel injection, Yellow laser and Sylfirm X treatments with Dr Lim over last 1mth. She is meticulous and constantly checks in with me throughout the treatment to ensure I am feeling ok. I like that Dr Lim explains the process of the treatment, pros and cons factually. I definitely see improvement in my skin texture, pore reduction and less breakouts. Christine that usually helps with the preparation of my session is also very professional. She would ask about the scale of pain for different treatment to determine my tolerance and amount of numbing cream required. Overall, an excellent experience.

    Went for a picco trial last Monday. Overall, the staff and Dr were professional. I feel that I was in safe hands, especially comforting since it was my first laser treatment.

    Diogio who attended to me was very helpful, explaining the procedures and the different treatments that were relevant to my skin condition. I was grateful for her thorough introduction and even showing examples from her personal experiences. Hence I went for picco and yellow laser treatments.

    So at the end of the week, I can see that my skin is indeed clearer after the treatment. Spots/freckles are still visible, but that will take some time to get rid of, as explained by Diogio. Worth a try for anyone who’s interested!

    High recommend Dr Calida for face treatment. Did profhilo and laser with her. She is super detailed and gentle. So glad that my face is taken care by her 💯

    Their staffs are very accommodating and friendly. And Dr. Chin explained the procedure very well and also make you feel at home while doing the procedure.

    It’s my 7th session of Pico laser with them and so far I can say my acne marks actually lightens and skin tone is more even now . The nurses are really friendly and always ready to help . Dr Chin is always so attentive and patience during the treatment and makes me understand better .

    Really excited for the upcoming sessions with them cause I’m loving the result so far .

    So far it’s been quite pleasant experience with V Medical Velocity to help reducing my skin melasma and pigmentation. Been handled by Dr. Chin and he is very patient and calm which makes me comfortable doing the skin treatment with him.

    Dr.Chin did a great job with my first treatment Sylfrim X. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great – they were helpful, patient clinic

    did pico and hifu. pico did lighten my freckles after 3 session. doctors and staffs are professional, approachable and friendly. waiting time is short, clinic is clean and new. music in the waiting room is soothing like doing spa.

    My recent experience at V on 14 Feb 2024 was pretty bad. My usual doctor was not around so another doctor took over and just proceeded with the pico laser on my face without any communication at all. There was no greeting from the doctor, no analysis or check in on my current condition, and no conversation at all as if she just wants to finish the job quickly and leave.

    This was by far the worst experience I had received among the clinics I’ve been to. I still have about 14 sessions with them and really regretted signing the package in the first place.
