    Do not get fooled by their $88 Offer, its mainly to get you in to HARD SELL you. Worst experience of my life.

    I recently visited V Aesthetics in Orchard with the intention of addressing some genuine concerns about skin pigmentation. Saw their $88 offer and wanted to try it out in hopes to find a clinic that I can regularly go to for my skin treatment. Initially, the staff was friendly and very accommodating.

    However, the experience became totally different after applying the numbing cream. At this vulnerable moment where I was not able to move, the staff starting to hard sell me on their different kind of packages that cost thousands of dollars. Despite me saying no multiple times, she was relentless and continued trying to get me to sign up for the package

    This made me feel extremely uncomfortable. After saying no for the final time she finally gave up and her attitude change entirely and even during payment she did not even look at me, just ignored me through the entire process. If she was nice and had given me a name card I will still consider returning.

    Unfortunately I will not be returning to V Aesthetics or any of its affiliates after this experience.

    Advertise for $28 hair removal
    Asked all the right questions and confirm that shaving will be done
    Was shared the video that shaving is done

    One day before, we were asked to do our own shaving

    All gimmick.
    Waste of time.

    When showed the video, they stayed silent and no more reply

    I have to agree with 1 of the reviews above.
    First session was excellent, which was why I signed up.
    After my first session, I don’t receive any calls or news from them to book my next appointment. It felt like their job was done with me.

    Subsequent visit was not as detailed, they even forgot to cleanse my face before treatment!!

    Come V Medical Clinic for Pico Laser and was pleasant with Dr. Julian and the team staffs at Orchard outlet. Will highly recommend.

    First visit, service was very good. Doc was very patient and spent a considerable amount of time on the treatment.
    After signing up the package and the subsequent 5 visits, the same Doc just snap and go, treatment seem like half-done with half of the time taken on the first visit.
    Initially thought Doc was busy hence the rush, but all the subsequent visits were very rush after I paid upfront for the package.
    Regretted signing up for the package.

    I had done my PICO laser at the orchard outlet! So satisfied with the results and super great services, THANKS so much doctor JULIAN and all the NURSES,
    ??? highly recommend!

    Had my first trial for pico laser treatment a few days ago, my pigmentation issue seem to resolve after just 1 treatment but will need to have a few more sessions as advised by Dr Julian.
    Overall a great experience, will definitely recommend my friends over.

    Went for a last minute Picocare trial appointment at $88 net. The package for first timers after trial session was $750 for 5 sessions. IMO, it’s quite affordable but was abit painful (for the first half of the treatment, will get used to it after awhile). Slight redness after the treatment but it’s common.

    Update: after 1 week, alot of my freckles disappeared! Left 3 on my right eye and all gone on my left eye!

    Dr Julin was very good & professional. I am very pleased with the services and will continues my treatment. Can’t wait to see the best outcome for my skin. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

    My first visit to this clinic for my pico laser treatment. The staff and doctor explained to me the procedure clearly before the treatment and are welcoming too so I did not feel tensed or so nervous. Staff are helpful and friendly. Doctor also is very careful with the laser treatment to ensure it doesn’t have any adverse reaction to my skin. Thanks for the goof service and I look forward to come back for next visit.

    I came for HIFU and saw Dr Julian. Instead of asking me to go ahead for the procedure, he advises me to come back again due to an existing medical condition. Professional and honest. Staff were kind and not pushy at all. Will definitely be back once my body is ready.

    Did Hifu and Orchard outlet with Dr Julian. Result is good and service is also good. Yuki the clinic manager is very helpful and infomative.

    Dr Julian is very knowledgeable and answer all enquiry to address my concerns. When doing procedure, he is careful and meticulous and go really slow to minimize pain. Staffs are friendly and no hard selling. Nice atmosphere, overall good experience!
