    I have been with UCARA for more than 25 years. The length of my following with the company speaks for itself of my satisfaction with the service and quality of products of the firm. That said, my experience has never been even better when Michelle (ChinaTown Branch) took over as my consultant. Michelle is not only professional and skillful but also knowledgeable in identifying skin condition and decisive in applying the appropriate treatment. My skin condition has improved greatly under her care. I hope she is given the recognition and award for her good performance in helping the company maintain the customer satisfaction as she truly deserves it. Thank you, Michelle for the job well done..!!

    I have been using this beauty salon service for many years. The beautician assigned to me is always friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. She always recommends services and products that are suitable for my skin type, gives me feedback on my personal skin needs and will continue to review my products should my skin condiition vary with time. I value their service and strongly recommend their service to others.

    I has been here having my facial care for many years, currently was served by Michelle. My pigmentation was quite bad last time and now was so so much better. Thumb up and thanks for the professional service.

    The beautician, especially Michelle Tan is very good n done her job very professionally. She is also very patient n explains most of the products to be used during facial. The shop ambience is very good, clean n nice.

    I enjoy the facial session here – very relaxing and comfortable.
    Emily is very professional, skilful, friendly, patient and attentive to customers needs.

    Joanne is also very helpful, patient in recommending suitable skin products.

    I like it there is no hard selling and the products are natural and suitable for sensitive skin too.

    I have visited Ucara for more than 5 years. The place is clean and u feel relaxed when u entered the shop. Their service are good and they care of your skin and they won’t force u to purchase anything unnecessary.

    Michelle is an experienced therapist and her facials are always well done and an enjoyable process. She has been with the outlet for almost ten years. I like that there is no hard selling and the products are natural and suitable for sensitive skin too. Guess their location next to a market helps too for customers to explore the area and get some snacks or food.

    Have been going for facial at ucara for 10+yrs. The beautician Michelle is very good and detailed in her work. They also carry their own brand of skin products which are botanical and works really well too! Look for Michelle if you do decide to try …highly recommended

    I’ve been with Ucara since their Bugis branch. Currently I’m having my facial session at least once a month at their Chinatown branch (very convenient location next to MRT and many nice foods around). My beauty consultant is Michelle a lady with professional & experiences at this area, who I could trust my facial care to her. She will customise facial service and advise the appropriate skin care products that suit me well without any hard sell which I hate and faces elsewhere. My husband and daughter is also having their regular facial service at Ucara after seeing results on my face! Highly recommended!
