    Had a very good experience at Tru Glow. Ella and Cody is very patient and fun, giving a lot of suggestions and patience. Dr Carmen is very skillful. Three of them is very experienced.

    I recently visited Truglow Medical Aesthetics for a back acne consultation, cleansing, extraction, laser, and chemical peel. While I haven’t seen dramatic results yet, I’m hopeful that the treatments will be effective. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and thorough, both during the consultation and in providing post-treatment advice. The clinic was clean and well-maintained. I’m looking forward to seeing the progress in the coming weeks.

    I’ve recently visited Truglow Aesthetics and the experience is truly enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. The staff took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel completely at ease.

    Throughout my treatment, their caring approach was evident. They explained each step of the process, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed.     Nice ambience and comfortable when entering this clinic. Attended by 2 friendly nurses, Cody and Ella. Dr Carmen is really professional and explained the treatments I needed in detail. Everyone is so patient and assuring. It’s really a plus point when seeking aesthetic treatments. Will definitely recommend my friends and also come back again

    Ternyata ada juga klinik estetika yang harga ok bgt di Orchard. Apalagi dr Carmen orgnya tanggungjawab, hanya rekomendasi treatment yang cocok client ga pushing, jelasin semua procedure, staff juga friendly. Pokoknya rekomen lah kalo mau cari klinik estetika bagus dan nyaman di Singapore.

    I am an ex SQ girl/ Singapore Airlines flight crew and I have been getting my skin treatment here with Dr Carmen Lee. She is the most compassionate Dr I have ever met and so passionate about making my skin look healthier.

    Due to long hours of flying and sleeping at irregular time, my skin has become dull and dehydrated overtime. Dr Carmen analyzed my skin and provided me with customized treatment. My favorite treatment is brightening and moisturizing related (Profhilo, BBL, chemical peel, hydrafacial), I can see instant effect and there is little to no downtime.

    The clinic has soothing music, clean aesthetic look. The team is so professional, friendly and warm. They made sure I was well taken care of and feel good throughout the whole visit. Thank you for the 5 stars treatment, Dr Carmen and Team Truglow!

    Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

    Dr Chew is very good and explained whatever questions i asked him and also what he can do for my face. He did pico laser, BBL and smoothing laser finally with peel. He is very careful, attentive and detailed when he did the treatment and even after the treatment he will check again. Also, Ella, Cody and Mavis they are very good and professional too. No hard selling too. Oh, I love their flawless skin so good,

    I love the clinic too its look small from outside but inside actually very spacious. It’s bright, clean and neat.

    Overall, my experience with them very good and way above my initial expectation. Left the clinic with a glowing face. Highly recommended to anyone.

    My first time to visit this lovely clinic and my experience was wonderful . Dr Carmen is pretty and has very good skin. She was extraordinary professional, friendly and sincere. She sat next to me to explain the details of treatments she suggested to me. Another two lovely staff Ms Ella and Ms Cody were also very professional, friendly and very helpful. And most importantly the results after my BBL treatment was super ! My face became more bright , smooth and firm . Love this clinic and the staff there and will definitely visit again in near future and in my life time .
