    An absolute miss never go to this place it’s a huge disaster and disappointment from the moment you walk in. Untrained staff at the reception really useless

    The usual style promise you one thing and deliver something else and then say I wasn’t the one who got the instructions. Very shoddy service avoid this place never go there

    Best salon I have been to so far in Singapore. Staff is very welcoming and hairdressers take time to understand what you want and ensure you are happy with the final result. There is a relaxing ambience and they use good products. The price is in line with most salons in Singapore – there are also various monthly promotions and during my last visit I paid $133 for hair colour (regrowth).

    Staff are always so welcoming, friendly and professional. The spa is very calming and the treatments I’ve had have always been wonderful. I believe this place stands out for the kindness of it’s staff. I am always met with smiling faces and treatments never feel rushed.

    I had a great experience getting a full head of light blond highlights mixed in with lowlights with Ivan at the Dempsey location. First of all the coffee is very good, there is an excellent magazine selection, and all the Aveda products smell amazing. The foils were put in quickly with two people working together and then I was treated to a lovely hair wash with an Olaplex treatment and two head massages! Top it all off with a quick dry and style, minimal small talk throughout, and it was a very pleasant afternoon. Not the cheapest option in town but overall quite reasonable for the high quality I got. Thanks Ivan!

    I had a really good manicurist but my friend did not unfortunately, some of her nails were not cut evenly and the cuticle care was not properly done either. We love the massage though, it was done proper and not rushed.

    Very nice saloon, everyone is really nice. For a European, they knew how to cut my hair properly and the service overall was great.

    I enjoyed my aromatherapy pedicure session at Trimmings Salon & Spa. The environment is serene, I was seated in a room that faces the lush greenery outside, it’s a beautiful view for me. The products that the manicurist used on me smells pleasant too!

    Best part is that they don’t do any hard selling. I got to rest and relax throughout my entire time there. Love it!

    Decided to start a self care week every quarter to de-stress. So I’ve decided to try out a place that does manicure and pedicure. Trimmings came out on top for me so I decided to try it out with a friend.

    I would say that it was worth my money spent. The closest bus stop is quite a walk away but my friend and I enjoyed the walk really. The view from where we get our nails are is magnificent. The nature view is breathtaking and the atmosphere in the salon itself is calming. We enjoyed ourselves here and can’t wait to visit again soon!

    Due to social distancing measures, we had to take pedicures at the corner of their hair salon, but they told us beforehand that it may not be in the nail room. Just it wasn’t relaxing at all in the noisy hair salon. Quality of nail service was good.

    Been a Long time facial customer and the reason why I keep going back to this place is because they never try to push you or hard sell you anything, so you can rest well during your treatment and naturally want to go back because of the great experience. Love this place!

    Extremely good service and quality of services. Friendly and extremely value for money. Their facials are customised to your skin and are extremely soothing and relaxing
