    Very lousy service, booked for prenatal massage and would like to know more about the package, receive their confirmation from their 2 WhatsApp number, but in the end, 1hour+ before my appt they told me all therapist are busy (maybe they double booked or mess up the appt?). I already on my way to their shop. No point to book slot with them in advanced! Not recommended!

    Had my foot reflexology session with Huang Lei today. She is knowledgeable and skillful. My legs feel light and relaxed after the session.

    Saw their advert on Instagram and decided to give their prenatal massage a try as I’m suffering with back aches and some water retentions
    It was a very comforting 90mins session and all my muscle tensions are relaxed after the massage. Kudos to my therapist Sally at Toa Payoh outlet.
    No hard selling too, the therapist just mentioned about the prices and packages casually and let me have time to consider.
    Will definitely be back for more sessions before I pop!

    Went for my first pre natal massage at TPY outlet and was assigned Sally. After my 60 mins massage, I’ve decided to sign a package with them and Yvonne assisted me. Very professional team!

    Went there for their prenatal massage. The toilet was dirty and smelly, the slippers they asked me to change into was too small and uncomfortable, I felt I might trip wearing them and climbing up the stairs. The corridors and the massage rooms were dingy and smelly. The towels and robe they provided were really old. They felt very harsh against my skin. They didn’t feel very clean either. There was no ambience whatsoever, all I could hear during the massage was of the staff chatting in the nearby rooms. The room temperature was too hot, the aircon didn’t work at all even though the massage therapist put it at 16 on my request. I was sweating through the massage. The massage oil used wasn’t that great either, was very greasy. The therapist wasn’t very experienced, she was just poking me with fingertips, it was painful. After all this, the receptionist tried to hard sell me a package for postnatal massage. Not only that, she insisted I post a review with 5 stars right in front of her, and even tried to pull the phone away from my hand to see what I was posting. Would definitely not visit again, and would not recommend to anyone.

    Good service. Had a couple massage. The receptionist is friendly and explained the package well. The massage session is nice and enjoyable.

    The last session I went was a week back and they assigned Jackson as my therapist. When I told him I have backaches and shoulder aches, he massaged my thighs instead and explained to me the reason why. My backache really disappeared and till now it is not as bad as it used to be. Massages usually only lasts for a day for me, but this time it was sort of different. It was not a relaxing massage but a healing massage, but I felt relaxed after.

    I have been to so many facial clinics but after going to Theresa Beauty, I was really disappointed.

    1. When I reached the place, the sales associate – with short hair, eye-glasses and bangs immediately consulted me and insisted to purchase their packages. During the 10 -15 minutes of consultation, I got annoyed because I was yet to try the acne facial but she was already selling to me. Thankfully, I refused.

    2. I had to wait for the facial room to be prepared. What a service.

    3. The facial room was so cold as the aircon was directly facing me. I had to tell her off twice before she finally adjusted the right temperature.

    3. The staff did not place any cloth on my eyes so during extraction, it was so bright!

    4. The staff was not gentle with her hands! I told her to be gentle because she was flipping my head left-right during extraction so roughly.

    5. She did not properly put my hair back. When she was using the facial tool/roller, I could feel my hair on my face. She did not even bother fixing it first.

    6. Unprofessional during payment method. She kept insisting to use 3-month installment payment mode but she was unsure how it will be operated.

    Overall, I’m so disappointed. I know the company has many good reviews which is why I expected the good service but this was disappointing. If I were you, find some other place for a facial. Poor service. Don’t waste your time.

    Went through the couple package promotion at the Toa Payoh branch. Session has been relaxing and amazing, would recommend for people to check them out. Yvonne has been extremely helpful and welcoming by the counter. Check them out!

    I came here to treat my back pain and Yvonne help me recommend the best treatment which was yang shen treatment. My back instantly felt better and my therapist Lynn pin-pointed my other issues. Will be coming back for more!

    Tried the TPY outlet. Prenatal massage was great that I fell asleep during the massage. Technique was good. Soft but firm stroke, and was able to get the right knots untied!

    Tried a couple massage here, felt so rushed and rough. Not therapeutic at all. Toilets are not in a good condition. Paid too much for a neighborhood shop. The only saving grace was essential oil used were of good quality.

    My mother was serve by the therapist named XuanXuan at TPY branch who we jus knew that she was new there but to our surprise my mother like her way she did the facial treatment. She was skillful and professional. My mother was very pleased with her service. Thank you XuanXuan.

    My last minute request for aroma therapy massage after a long tiring day at work was given to me by the good people of Theresa Toa Payoh. It was a much needed and relaxing session and the massage therapist Ivy was really nice and professional. Highly recommended!??
