    I cant even rate 1 star. But i had no choice else cant post.

    Bad service.

    Cant even reply to your simple appointment booking request.

    When i had trouble with the massage oil that they used during my pre natal massage, (it smells damn bad like raw fish. It gives me migraine.) cant even empathise and try to resolve the matter by finding a solution. Just want to sell you other oil which cost 48$ for 10mls. How ridiculous. Paid so much for a package but yet cant help with simple requests. This is at Hougang Branch. Horrible. Regret buying my pre natal massage.

    Had the prenatal massage for first trial. Feels slightly relaxed after the session. Therapist and consultants and nice. No hard sell ??

    I really enjoy the massage and facial treatments provided at Theresa. Reasonable pricing, comfortable decor and most importantly no hard selling. Highly recommended

    Did Hydrapeel facial together with hair laser removal here at the beauty spa and did Rejuran, Carbon Peel Laser and some other treatments with BA clinic. All Therapist and Doctors are friendly, helpful and most importantly not pushy in sales and also will try their very best to give the best deal and offers as well. Cant wait for my future appointments! RECOMMENDED!!

    Have been with them for few years since Century Square and now at Tamp 1 . And I always stick to Ann as my masseuse. Her skills is really good and she is not pushy to sell package.

    I redeemed a first try via class pass and tried their signature 60 mins massage. My masseuse Ann was very good and did not chat too much (which I like). They were not pushy also compared to other beauty/massage salons. Will be back 🙂 p.s. I went to the Tampines 1 outlet.

    Really enjoyed the prenatal massage by Melinda . She is friendly, professional and would always show concern about me for every visit.

    I am glad that I am in good hand to melt down all my body aches with her.

    She is wonderful! Highly recommended!

    My masseuse is Melinda, she’s very good and she share with you on how to take care of yourself during pregnancy. I took the 90 minutes prenatal with her and she’s very attentive to my body and she knows which part of my body is aching without even telling her. Highly recommend her. ??

    I had one of the most relaxing massage by my therapist, Mel which led me to a really good sleep that night. Really friendly staffs and such a clean, cozy and relaxing ambiance too. Highly recommended if you’re in the area.

    I am writing this review to thank Jia Hui for her exceptional skill and service. I truly enjoy my facial sessions scheduled with her as she is very thorough in her steps and ensures that the treatment is a relaxing one. Her pair of gentle hands work wonders on my skin and her extractions are meticulous to help achieve blemish free skin. Thumbs up for her dedicated service and I highly recommend this therapist.

    Very comfortable massage! Ann was nice and keep check if the strength is okay, the room is also very quiet so can enjoy the massage! Will come back again

    My therapist was excellent at the Tampines 1 location. I had a pre natal massage and she meticulously worked on my different tension areas.

    The most perfect facial had done before. No hard selling, was recommended by siti apon futher treatment. Very nice lady. Their therapist is also very detailed in the processed. U will never regret doing it. Awesome!! Recommend my sis. She done once straight away loves their facial treatment and we sign up with them few packages without hesitating. Can see so much diff after 1 treatment. – nisa & ifah

    Went for the pre-natal massage 1st time trial. Therapist Mel was really friendly and experienced. Felt very relaxed after the massage. There’s no hard selling, which I liked. Eventho I didnt buy the package, I do see myself visiting this place again.

    My first tryout at Clementi Branch, i have that edgy feeling at first coz I really hate hard selling of products and unpleasant smell of massage. Went for an hour of massage. It was a wonderful experience. My masseur was Ivy, she did a good job of relaxing my body. Place was clean, nice and a good blend of music to put you right into that mood. Thanks Ivy for a good job. Will definitely come back for you.

    I have been a regular customer at Theresa since 2019. Enjoyed the soothing and relaxing ambience there. My therapist, Jia Hui has been patient & professional while doing my facial treatments. She always ensure that my facial treatment is smooth and is genuine in showing concern for my face. Definitely value for money, especially with the excellent customer service that they’ve provided.
