    Dr Kendrick and team (Grace and Vivian) provide good and professional service at Scinn Medical. Did my q switch there and saw good results! My skin is in better condition now 🙂

    Dr Kenrick Tham is very friendly doctor. He is gentle n put me at complete ease when doing laser treatment on my face. Other staff such as Grace & Vivian are very helpful, easy-going & they provide excellent services.

    Saw an advertisement about promotion on hifu. Hence I scheduled an appointment wanted to try out. Was put to a room, and the nurse shared the promotion is only XX shots, would not be sufficient for me. If I wanna see result and should get package etc (hard selling) very soft ear I signed 2 times for $3k result was meh. Really regret. Decided to leave review so people out there searching for review would be able to know the past experience of others.

    Chance upon Scinn Medical Centre on an ad from Facebook to give it a shot since there was a $88 nett trial session + consultation. I was abit disappointed that there wasn’t any actual proper assessement by the doctor but rather the operation manager only assessed me with visual and took a few photos before proceeding to tell me what kind of treatment I needed if wanted to attain my expectation. No hardselling but was convinced enough to sign up a 6-sessions package at $3.8K in total. Did see some improvement after the first session which was basically fillers for acne scars as adviced by the doctor after I decided to sign the package as part of the first step of the treatment.

    Overall the experience was good, but I decided to give 1 star because if I’m going to pay a lump sum amount, it would’ve been more convincing if the doctor would’ve personally spoke to me and gave me the skin assessment profesionally like other aesthetic clinics that would have done.

    this is the worst aesthetic clinic i ever went to. seriously i have very bad impression of the clinic… its seems more like a beauty salon than a clinic. i was brought into a room and its a consultant who access your skin, and not the doctor. she keeps criticizing how bad my skin is and how many clogged pores i have but my skin is in great condition. she only want to cheat and force me to buy package.. honestly she is the first and only one who said that. most people think my skin is fine.. a medical clinic shouldn’t be operating this way. ..i hate this type of gimmicks by saying how bad the patient skin just to make the patient sign package.. even i were to do a skin package laser, i won’t choose this clinic also. honestly the doctors here don’t have a conscience.

    Results are satisfactory and treatment objectives are not only promising, but assuring as well. Extensive explanation is given to provide further assurance to me before every treatment and before the start every session, the staff and Doctors will refresh me on the particular treatment that I’ll go through for the session, which helps me regulate the kind of activities I should do for the week considering that I am exposed to the sun consistently. Hospitality and care from the staff is really commendable, perhaps one of the best I’ve ever received and likewise for their facial products. Very good place and I would recommend to anyone who would want to receive similar treatments.

    I could see their staff never wash their hands or some other staff washed 2 fingers only at the toilet, soooooo dirty. I worry about their hygiene.

    Helpful and friendly staff. Clean, spacious and aesthetically designed environment. I did a CO2 laser treatment for 6 sessions By Dr Tan with significant improvement and has helped reduced my facial scaring due to acne. Friends have commented on the revitalized appearance on my face. Dr Tan shows professionalism in conducting the procedures, sharing important tips for continuous home care routines and attentive in recommending next suitable procedure for best results.

    Chanced upon Scinn Aesthetics and decided to give it a try. Went for their botox for crowfeets, fillers for the undereyes as well as PDRN with Dr. Tan.YY. The treatments were all effective and showed amazing results. Not forgetting the visible results from e fat freeze treatment I have with them too. Would definitely give a thumbs up for the ambience of e clinic as well. Thanks Dr and e team!

    One star if for all the staff..But i would definitely give it a 0 star..Staffs are all nice..nothing to say on them..doctors are nice too..but the quality of work for very expensive amount is not worth it..Did treatment and seems like nothing changes..I was so disappointed..wasted money and time..Never again!I say that because my sister had the same treatment in the Philippines and you can see the result in few sessions..With them,I have finished all the session and seems nothing changes..And they are offering me another set of package for the same treatment with a little discount..like seriously??after promising that it will be good on 15sessions..What is the assurance that it will work this time?Oh Lord!Very Bad

    I have come here many times in the span of few months for Laser, HIFU, PDRN and the many beauty treatments. I like that the thoughtful Dr.Hoe is friendly and professional, and the nurse is very helpful too. I have recommended my relatives to visit her for treatment and they have all given thumbs up. The prices are very reasonable and treatment is done very professionally with no discomfort at all. Will always be a regular and definitely recommend further.

    Clinic called to invite me down for a trial session. I wasn’t too keen, but they called again, so I obliged. Was told over the phone it will be a one-hour session (consultant even emphasised it’s a full hour treatment). I went down, staff were initially polite, but the skinny consultant who came to do consultation for me couldn’t answer my questions on the differences of each treatment. Her consultation felt absolutely insincere. Therapist came in, did only a 5-mins trial. Complete waste of my time coming down. Why would anyone sign up for anything without them showing effectiveness of their treatment? I wouldn’t expect miracle on my first session, but I should be able to feel and experience it fully on a trial if I should be convinced to buy a package. No pictures or data of past clients’ results either. Feels like a scam. I’m just annoyed how anyone can be so disrespectful of another’s time. With such ethics in service, I doubt they genuinely care about their clients.

    Booked my appointment with them and served by Jacqueline, treatment was done professionally and fuss free. Clinic was beautifully renovated and nicely scented which makes the experience a lot better. Much satisfied with the result. Certainly recommended!

    I had a very bad experience at Dr Scinn Aesthetics and so this is for would-be customers who might fall prey to their dishonest sales tactics.

    I was offered a trial session for their LPG treatment. On the phone, I specifically asked if it helps to lift the face particularly around the jawline and double chin area. The staff over the phone said yes it helps and to just give it a try first. She said the consultant will let me know more about the treatment. I later found out that the treatment is not done in the medical clinic but is done at their beauty salon. They are right beside each other. Yes, I fell prey to the marketing name ‘Dr Scinn’ and thought this must be a legitimate and trustworthy place.

    Upon reaching the establishment, there were 2 staff at the counter and one whispered to the other (loud enough for me to hear) that I am not a suitable candidate. But she still asked me to fill up my details on a form and signed my consent. I was then ushered into a room and the staff who was called Eileen, took a photo of me and asked me to wait for a bit while she asked the ‘doctor’ if I’m suitable for the treatment. Within a few seconds, she reappeared and said the ‘doctor’ recommended me to sign up for 13 sessions of Venus Legacy. She went on and on for 20 minutes and tried to up sell me this Venus Legacy. Only when I asked about my LPG trial, did she say I’m not suitable for it. And that my cheeks are not FAT and SAGGY enough. And Venus Legacy is better. Claimed that it will help to lift the face and not burn away any fats which might make my face look gaut.

    Firstly, I came for the LPG trial and if I were not a suitable candidate they should have said right from the start. Over the phone as well as when she first saw me. Instead of data mining and making me give up my information before saying my face is not ‘fat and saggy’ enough for LPG treatment. A total waste of my time.

    Secondly, I have never been to any medical clinic or beauty salon who asked me to sign a package of 13 sessions when I have not even gone for a single trial. She claims the doctor saw my photo and thinks 13 sessions is right for me. Wow, really? The doctor didn’t even see me in person and I did not even go for one session for the doctor to evaluate exactly how many sessions I require. It is like prescribing a few months of medication without even checking patient’s response.

    Thirdly, what she said was completely false. A simple check on LPG endermologie website shows that it treats double chin. And not just ‘fat and saggy’ cheeks as claimed by her. Also, Venus Legacy ‘uses heat to naturally boost collagen production and break down fat cells’. Yet she can tell me it doesn’t break down fat cells at all.

    The staff is obviously not well trained, provided wrong information and tried to up sell me something after getting my data. I wasted time traveling down to their beauty salon, wasted time filling up my details and listening to their unconvincing sales pitch. Now I have learned my lesson. Any promotion of ‘free trial’ is probably too good to be true. I wonder how many people who went down for this trial session have ‘Fat and Saggy’ cheeks. Probably only a handful. The rest will probably give away their personal data and waste their time like how I wasted mine.

    Lastly, they could have mentioned ‘only for customers with fat and saggy cheeks’. But of course they wouldn’t do that. If not how are they able to get free personal details from you and up sell you 13 sessions of some expensive treatment?

    I find their prices reasonable and I am pleased with my fillers treatment that I did a few months back. Will consider going back for maintenance in the near future.

    Much preferred the new outlet in terms of space, comfort level and range of services provided. Treated my acne scars here! At the moment, I do not have any other physical concerns, but will return when the need arises one day.

    The newly renovated clinic is simply amazing! Feel much more spacious and better ambiance than before. The only thing remain unchanged is the good service standards by the doctor & therapist. The trial session is alright as expected, it is to experience the treatment procedure so visitors should not expect it to be a miracle 5 mins permanent solution. Great choice if you have not made up your mind and like to find out more.

    Came across Scinn’s Facebook ad and gave it a go. So far so good, doctor is very detailed and he explained very clearly of how my treatment procedure would be and how much my condition can be improved.

    Took a leap of faith and signed up together with my friend to try out the laser acne treatment. We were professionally attended to by the consultants although we were late for our appointments. Unlike some aesthetics establishments, we did not feel pressured to purchase anything at any pt of time. Doc was nice and friendly too. We eventually did sign up for their full treatment package and are happy to see visible improvements after just a few sessions! Will recommend this place to those who share similar acne concerns too
