    I have been using packages here for a few years. If you don’t speak Chinese, it’s a real pain in the butt. Management should really give the team a few hours of English training. It would cost them almost nothing and make the experience better for everyone. At the moment the upstairs rooms are closed, so if you have a body massage you are lying down in front of everyone – which wouldn’t be so bad (I guess) if the team don’t just talk cap the whole time. It’s not a good experience for customers. Yesterday was infuriating, not relaxing at all. Can’t wait to finish my package.

    Queenie did my facial and advise me on treatment suitable for my skin. She’s very skilful and did the facial very well. Will come back next time for my facial!

    My therapist is Queenie she is very friendly and skillful. She provided skincare advice targeting to my skin condition. Facial was done before introducing the package. During introduce the facial package, she did not hardsell or intend to persuade anything to me.

    First time and my therapist was Quine. She was supppppper nice!! No hard sell since i wanted to think about it until i make decsion. 100% recommend!

    Came for the first time and was attended to by the therapist named Queenie. She is great, easy to talk to, warm, accomodating and not pushy at all! My face felt clean and refreshed after the facial so will recommend her services to anyone who’s looking for a good facial. Thanks Queenie!

    Brought the couple package. Not well prepared for us despite appointment made 3 days before. Counter staff seems to have reserved the better couple room for empty reason. Very chatty throughout. Background music comes with commercial, I comment the effort in providing the relaxing music for us though. Series of quick grab and squeeze sometime. Otherwise the strength is good. Masseuse patience is moderate in providing the massage.

    Done facial at the place with the beautician by the name Queenie Ang. My face feels very clean after that! My pimples and blackheads are all extracted and I feel fresh! Recommend people to come for facial here, and can look for her!

    updated: new manager & beautician very rude and like to hard sell their packages everything I visit for facial,when I yet to complete the previous packages bought! super annoying & not professional. want complain to CASE if they don’t complete my package! standard dropped tremendously for the past 2 years

    The masseurs were professional and they provided very relaxing massages until can fall asleep! recommended. They are also not pushy into purchasing memberships or promotions. Great service.

    Went on a voucher. Facial AHA peel was nice and skin did look better. Beautician explained the procedure. Extraction not very detailed but maybe I did not have that many pimples. No hard sell at all for me.

    Went for a first time trial, everything went smoothly, and the one attending me, Wei Wei was nice and would hold back whenever i showed signs of discomfort and pain. Overall a good experience.

    I decided to visit this place as i saw some good reviews on it. My therapist Yvonne is very attentive and explained to me about the condition of my face. After the facial, she would explain to me about what products would suit my face and what product i should not use in order for my skin to be better. She’s very experienced and professional (there was no hard selling too!). Overall, it was a good experience.
