    Have been coming to pamper room for a year, and the condition of my face has visibily improved! Joey is lovely and so friendly! She recommends what would be helpful, but never hard sells 🙂

    Been coming to this place for facials for more than a year and I absolutely love it. Joey is very thorough and the price is very reasonable for the service the salon offers.

    Han is approachable and skillful in treating my acne 🙂 I’ve been here for 6+ sessions, and I appreciate her dedication to helping my skin improve (alongside a more diligent personal skincare routine). Also, a shout-out to the support team for the helpful reminder messages!

    Joey and Xiao Han are very professional and provide superb service!! They really take care of and ensure that the best is provided to their clients 🙂

    Suffering with severe acne problems and theyre rly committed to helping me. Am alrdy seeing improvements and am excited for the results!

    first time in 30 years doing a full facial in Singapore. had not traveled since the pandemic started so had a lot of untreated mask-wearing and sun damage to my skin. had the Glow III facial with neck, shoulder and back massage thrown in. didn’t know what to expect and didn’t know what was put on my face at all but didn’t really care because the whole experience was so relaxing and Chloe was so good with her hands. she was also very professional, explained clearly what she was doing and recommended after-facial care for my sun-damaged skin but there was never any hard-selling of products or even packages. totally professional and my face has never felt so clean and fresh before. it looked like i had new skin when the facial was done. she did such a good meticulous job that i left her a 25% tip. the lady boss was very friendly and professional too. i would say the service and the facilities are better than 5* hotel spa standards for the price. not your average beauty salon but not intimidating at all. professional, clean, affordable and accessible.

    Since getting my first facial at ‘The pamper room’ in 2018, this place is the only facial spa I trust with my face. The employees are incredibly warm, knowledgable and the customer service is always beyond satisfactory. They have outstanding estheticians with a touch I could only describe as “healing hands”. Any time I have ever had to look my best/ revive my skin, ‘The Pamper Room’ is the one place I visit to ensure my skin is in the best shape possible. I especially put my trust in their exceptional beautician, Joey. I contact her for any facial questions and concerns. She takes great care of all the needs of my skin, and I never leave without feeling refreshed. All in all, ‘The Pamper Room’ will be a facial spa I will continue going to for many years to come, and I highly recommend anyone who desires to be pampered, to come right here.

    The beauticians there are really friendly and great at what they do. Been going frequently for the past 6 months and my complexion has definitely improved. They also give great advice during the facial treatments with no hard selling. Highly recommended!

    Excellent service, no hard selling. Tried many other places before, but since coming here in 2019, I’ve not gone to any other place for my facial treatment. Their treatment and products have improved my skin so much, and I have really sensitive and problematic skin. Highly recommended.

    Been to quite a few facial places but had an entirely new experience here at pamper room. Staffs were professional and honest. I love the fact that they pride in what they do, and they ensure that my skin improves everytime I come in for a facial. They do not upsell u anything unless they deem it is highly recommended for your skin which I appreciate. 🙂

    Superb service. Facialist Chloe was very informative and her extraction technique was quick, painless and thorough. Skin looked so much better right after. Will definitely frequent this salon.

    The Pamper room definately is where you should and can definitely pamper yourself. Been going there for almost a year cos my sis introduced me becos they’re really good and NO HARD SELL. The best thing is you can get wax or IPL done before, during or after your facial, eyebrow trim, keratin lash curl. Yes, you get to do all that beauty pampering sess done in that one appointment. How great is that! Just let them know in advance upon booking to check the availability. Again they won’t hardsell you anything and they’re always honest.

    Joey and Xiaohan are both very professional and always provide the best to their clients. Your facial treatment will never be the same each time you visit, because they will check your skin, then advise you on what you really need and what they’re going to do for you. No gimmicks at all. Or like trying to hardsell you to buy packages or products during the session like some places. Unless of course you want to buy for home care afters. Anyways.. I highly recommended for you to make an appointment & try it out yourself ?

    Had a bad experience with a well known aesthetic clinic chain two years ago and bombed $3500+ on their laser hair removal package to only receive sloppy service. Got to know Joey from The Pamper Room through a friend and I only regretted not coming to her earlier!

    She’s professional and truly passionate in bringing the best out of her clients. She was so thorough with her service and results were immediate. Not to mention the prices here are very reasonable with no hard selling or gimmicks. Love their comfy rooms with beds that come with heaters to keep you warm throughout the session ?

    I have been going to pamper room for my facials for a year now and will definitely continue to do so. very professional staff, they don’t hardsell. my face always has a wonderful glow after my facial and best of all, i don’t experience breakouts days after my facial unlike what i experienced in my previous facials from other places before

    Had a great experience.

    After few facial session with pamper room I saw an obvious improvement on my skin that struggle from the acne breakouts causing by mask. Extractions are not painful and done in a careful way by beautician. I also love the fact that there is no hard selling of products, just great advice and a wonderful treatment! Will definitely continue my facial session with them.

    I always have my pamper sessions with The Pamper Room because of their top-notch services and friendliest staff. My therapist, Joey, always caters to my skincare needs and recommends the best treatments for my skin. I have tried brow waxing and different types of facials suggested by Joey, and I’ve never been so satisfied with my skin!

    Started coming here for facial treatments since July 2020. After about 6 months I can safely say that this is the place I will keep coming back to !

    Firstly, they do not hard sell. This is of utmost importance to me. In fact , the package I eventually bought was because I wanted to and only after my 3rd treatment.

    I can attest that if you do buy a package , they do not treat you differently . I.e make it harder to get appointments etc. In fact this is the one place where I feel l can be myself and just say things candidly lol , I.e like I really want to buy something but perhaps next month ? No one judges you.

    Secondly, the facial treatments really work in keeping my skin in the best condition. As in , there’s a difference between when I do go and when I don’t lol . I feel this is partly because they take the time to tailor the treatments to what your skin needs at the time. (Some months I go for the less expensive treatments and some months the more expensive ones lol ) and also because they do invest in good quality machines.

    Ever since we’ve needed to wear face masks every where , I have used less make up and I feel like I can because of the treatments.

    So yes, if you’re looking for a facial place and you want a relaxing but also effective time I would say come to the pamper room.

    HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PAMPER ROOM! I AM NOT VERY GOOD AT ROUTINES, BUT LOVE VISITING THIS PLACE MONTHLY. THEY ADVISE VERY PROFESSIONALY AND TREAT ME EVERY MONTH WITHOUT BEING PUSHY. AND MY SKIN HAS NEVER LOOKED BETTER.

    I love how comfortable the whole business makes me feel, from the ambience to the service rendered. It’s really just top notch! Got to know about them from an acquaintance and I’m hooked! Each time I didn’t realise it’s been a month, they’ll text to remind which is a really a plus point for the business! Worth every penny! ??

    Have been going for facial here for a few months now, and every visit is extremely pleasant! Unlike other beauty parlors i’ve visited, The Pamper Room does not do any hard-selling, and recommends treatments that are targeted for my skin. 🙂

    My face was not getting better after seeing the same beautician for years. Met Joey when I was having medi pedi there and so glad that I took up the facial package as my acne face esp my forehead improved Significantly after just 2 sessions. I also like that the beautician does not hard sell the products.

    Joey and the other therapists are fantastic. A couple of months ago, I walked past and booked a last minute facial as I’d finally had enough of the acne caused by wearing a mask. The team were so professional, friendly and offered me some testers and great advice for my skin. I’ve now been back multiple times for personalised treatment and my skin has never looked better. Their product recommendations have been ideal, and I never feel like they are trying to upsell, but that they genuinely have my (and my skin’s) best interests at heart. Very grateful to The Pamper Room and if you’re looking for a beauty treatment I can’t recommend it enough!

    I’ve been to many beauty places but I have never stuck with one until I came here.
    The place is beautifully decorated, clean and very professional. I’ve had many facials here and each time I go I don’t just feel relaxed after but I also see the difference in my skin.

    Love this place and would recommend to anyone to go with any skin concerns or just to go for a treat and pamper.

    Great place！！Staff very friendly and take time to provide all the info and advise for facial care！Great customer service and professional skill .The price was fair and affordable .Definitely a best place to do facial cleaning and waxing！

    This is such a great find! Joey is fantastic, professional and really cares about her clients. I trust Joey’s recommendations for my ever changing skin. Her facials are designed specifically for me and I never feel pressured or upsold. In fact, when I leave, I have never felt so pampered!

    Joey is such a gem! My face was sooo burnt and bad until I met her. She gave my face TLC, she is so meticulous that I have every trust in her with my skin :). everyone there is so friendly, such a nice place to hang out, booking is also convenient thru WhatsApp.
