    Limited selection for normal nail colours, in the end I had to pay more for a gel pedi. I was told to come back later that day for my manicure, so I accommodated my other appointment for the manicure.

    When I got there in the afternoon, I found all the artists engaged without any of them ending their service soon. I was told to wait. I waited for 15 mins and asked when I can start my manicure. It was only then they had an internal discussion and I informed me none of them would be able to do my manicure afterall.

    Very satisfied with my gel manicure & pedicure by Liz and Jamie. My finger nails are pretty for CNY and my feet is feeling so squeaky clean. I get to try mixed colours for my pedicure colour, specially concocted by Liz. Do check them out!

    Had a previous subpar experience but decided to give it one more try and it was even worse than before. A normal gel mani and classic pedi took almost 4 hours. The wrong base coat was used, colour was uneven, top coat was bumpy. They needed to remove everything and redo. Gel was applied over my cuticles and inside my nail groove so it was a painful removal from which I got 2 cuts on my skin that burnt when they wiped with acetone. Never. Going. Back.

    Superb service and quality work at the Nail Lab! My wife entrusted her nails and eyelashes to them for our pre-wedding photoshoot, and the results were outstanding. Owner Vernette gave thoughtful advice and recommendations that my wife is very happy about. One standout characteristic about The Nail Lab that we noticed is continuous improvement and standards: already impressed since my wife started going to The Nail Lab a year ago, we are even more impressed now with the new techniques and creative ideas from the team. We are certainly proud to be regular customers here, and cannot recommend enough the professionalism and quality of The Nail Lab!

    meticulous and friendly staff. were professional and didn’t rush through my nails and did such a good job.

    a little bit of hard sell on their packages but weren’t pushy when i declined.

    Liz is great, super meticulous in her handiwork. Very hospitable. Prices definitely not the cheapest in the area but if you’re looking for a relaxing, thorough manicure/pedicure, she’s the one to go to. You definitely get what you pay for. No hardselling at all!!!!!

    Friendly staff, no hard-selling, very meticulous with their work as well! It was the only store in FEP bustling with a crowd and many tried to walk-in but was turned away due to scheduled appointments. Highly recommended!

    Been going to the Nail lab for over 3 years now, I love the service and standard. The girls are always accommodating and professional. Would highly recommend and even in a location with many other salons, I would never consider any others as the quality is always consistently fab.

    I’ve used this manicure parlour for many times, love how they emphasis the cleanliness for manicure and pedicure. The manicure artworks are very delicate and funky! Highly recommended!

    Been a customer at Nail lab for few years already. Their genuine and heart felt service is one of the things that kept me going back to them these years. I also appreciate that they put the interest of customers first and recommend with care. Most importantly, they do not really hard sell and give space for customers to think through and decide.

    With The Nail Lab since 2016. Service is good and professional. Clean and hygienic environment too.The friendly manicurist will point out your nail issues (E.g Fugus ) and suggest the type of treatment and correct nail polish to applyto avoid further damage to the nails. No hard selling their product if don’t wish to purchase

    I always do standard Maintainence and simple nail coloring without any design. The staff is always very patient and give suggestion of new nail color since I am bad in choosing nail color. Overall, I like their service and will recommend my friends to The Nail Lab 🙂

    Although a nail salon, I’ve tried the eyelash extension service several times and I’m definitely happy enough to sign a package with them on this. Reasonably priced and signing the package for this has its advantages. If you’ve a package with them, they allow touch-up (once) within 2 weeks which is definitely a plus point because of all the places I went before, they only allow touch-up within 1 week, which is quite duh because I almost never needed that, then what’s the point of offering? But at The Nail Lab, if you sign the package with them, you get to enjoy these perks. Highly recommend!
