    Tried The Nail Arcadia’s new lash services two days back and am loving my extensions! Lash technician was attentive to my request and made recommendation based on my eye shape and requirements. Process was quick and comfortable with no discomfort to my sensitive eyes too. Will definitely revisit for future extensions. 🙂

    Recently, I went for Lash Extension at NailArcadia and I really love how natural and soft the lashes are. The lashes are pretty lasting for mine too. The lash extension process is comfortable and pleasant. Definitely worth trying it!

    Place was cozy & comfortable. Lash artist was really gentle & will constantly check up on me to ask whether im comfortable or not. She is very skilful & efficient in her lash work as well! Highly recommended (;

    I love how my lashes turned out, it really suits to my eyes. The beautician is really patient on doing my lashes and friendly. Definitely will come back again for it <3

    Fiona was very friendly and attentive to whether I feel any pain or discomfort during the sessions. The mani pedi were very well done, can’t stop admiring my nails! I bought the 5+1 package, which is a good bargain for me, plus there was no hard selling, which was great.

    I had a gel mani with nail art and a classic pedi. This was a very peaceful and pleasant experience! I couldn’t be happier with the result. I highly recommend this salon. The ladies here are extremely talented!

    I had classic gel mani done on 5 Feb. About one week later, 2-3 gel polish started to peel and I was expecting to have to pay to redo those affected ones. Unexpectedly,t the salon replied in the text that they could touch up for me at no charge as I only did my nails not too long ago. I went today and Denise studied my nail polish attentively. She could predict few other nail polish may also peel in a week’s time and offered to rectify 8 nails by giving me express gel service at no charge. Not only that, she also ‘improved’ the strength of gel polish on my balance two nails. While she was doing the nails, I observed her every movement – each was so meticulous and gentle, striving to make the gel polish last longer, at least to the expected timeframe. This goes to show the honesty and professionalism of the staff particularly Denise at The Nail Arcadia. At the end of session, Denise was more than happy to take photos of my newly done nails at my request and she even added nice backdrop to rest my fingers (see photo) before taking pics. I highly recommend to patronise use their service.

    Needed to pay $3 extra for a nail kit,, however noone told me prior to the appointment. However I cld book the appointment very easily and my nail removal was done v fast

    Was looking for a regular nail place that I can frequent near where I stay and was so glad to have found The Nail Arcadia. Saw all the raving reviews of them not hard-selling, and hence decided to give them a go. Tried their First-Time Classic Gel Manicure. The overall experience was fantastic. Special mention to Sunny, who assisted me and gave me honest advice on colour matching when I was undecided. She made my time there really comfortable and welcoming. And yes, absolutely NO HARD SELLING! She’s more than happy to share the various services they provide, and also the membership that they have too. But no pressure on asking me to sign up for it. The manicure also looks really clean (my reference point was from a bad experience I had at another nail salon just a week ago, although it wasn’t my first time having gel manicures done too).

    They do request you to bring your own buffer set if you own one (if not, you can purchase a new set from them at $3, which you can bring home and bring it there the next visit). It’s for the hygiene for all customers that they do not share the buffer sets, which is a first-time for me. (Plus plus plus point!)

    In summary, it’s 5/5 stars for its hygiene standards, welcoming, no hard-selling, and of course the professionalism to do the job well. Can’t wait to go back for my next manicure!

    Hygiene. Focused providing services. No hard selling. Peaceful . Can sit there and relax unlike those in malls nearby who could not let go of selling every minute. Chole remembered me after I met her in her ex workplace ( and going to be my ex pedi place …) . Glad to see her and her colleague there.

    Very relaxing atmosphere. Honestly one of the best nail salons I’ve been to. They don’t push you or make you feel bad about yourself. They don’t make nasty comments, which is an experience I’ve had in many other nail salons.

    Have been to a lot of different places along the years. I am not joking by saying that this has been the best pedi so far. First and foremost hygiene wise: they give you your own new ‘kit’ that then u can keep and reuse when u go back. Secondly: the care and service they provide is great: the pedicure was one of the smoothest ones I have ever had. The therapist was also very thorough. Thirdly: they don’t oversell. To sum up: seriously good!

    Did my first classic gel manicure from this nail salon, very good service. Does a good job as well. Will come back for future manicures and pedicure appointments!
