    wld give 0 if i could. 1st of all completely lashes diff frm what i wanted, 2nd when i raised the problem the technician blamed me no apologies whatsoever , 3rd my eyes n eyeballs r currently really red and swollen even after more than 24hrs aft appointment tell me to use saline drop seems like they’ve encountered this multiple times. If you want to take the risk of potentially going blind and suffering from pain every single time you blink pls do go ahead and visit the lash chapter.

    Decided to try one of the services rendered by The Lash Chapter after reading the wonderful reviews given by its customers. Booking the appointment was fuss-free via their website and it’s location is also convenient to get to. I opted for the lash lift treatment and was being directed to a small room without delay. The assigned esthetician seemed to be new to the job and there was no proper explanation given during the procedure. Being a first-timer, that made me uncomfortable and I was definitely not at ease. I did ask some questions during the session but there was no reply. As the procedure required my eyes to be shut the entire time, the esthetician could have left the room halfway through the treatment without me knowing. I endured through the session nevertheless. The outcome of the lashes were also not to my expectations; the curls were touching my eyelids constantly, resulting in a bent at the lash tips. When I clarified with the esthetician, she said that for my long lashes, I should have opted for the natural curl and that I should not open my eyes wide. It was such an unpleasant experience for me; one that I wish I’ll never, ever encounter again.

    I had a Candy Lip Blush done with Moon today and it was a great experience! Moon started out with a consultation to figure out what result I wanted and what colour would suit my face best. I was anxious initially as I have a low pain tolerance, but the entire procedure was so comfortable, I even fell asleep at times! Thank you Moon for your meticulous and gentle work!

    It is important to read other lower stars review of this place. Overall, the customer service, venue and skills of TLC is not worth the price point of 95 for lash lift. Do not trust all the celeb endorsements. I feel like I’m in a Bugis street level 2 or 3 beauty store.

    Lash techs are mostly foreigners (Vietnamese, Malaysians) so I’m sure their labour costs are cheaper. Set up of the place is cheap – rooms separated with half partitioned. So I can hear the Vietnamese staff chit chatting laughing loudly, playing music /watching video really loudly from their phones. Staff can barely speak English and could not answer queries.

    As a first time customer, there were zero attempts made to introduce the service etc. overall, the service and quality only deserves 50-70 dollars (equivalent to home base lash service) and not 95

    Clean and decent outlet.

    I’ve been to their Katong branch before it moved to Tampines.

    Outlets are too far from my house, went to another companies for lash perm in the past few months, either I have to redo or had acid burns on my lid.

    So I decided to travel and visit TLC again.

    Didn’t fail, and got my natural looking permed lashes again.

    I hope they can open a new outlet near Marine Parade again.

    First-timer at TLC @ Delfi, and I’m very humbled by how genuine and kind my brow embroidery specialist, Linh, is! There’s absolutely no hardselling here unlike at other places. My brows are looking good, but I can’t wait to see the end result once the peeling starts and goes off. Thank you Linh & TLC!
