    I have been doing threading with Jessy, eyebrow and eyeliner embroidery with Fanny and is very satisfied with the outcome and services provided. Fanny is very experienced, skilful and knowledgeable and Jessy is friendly and professional too. Quality services provided at The Eyebrow City which I will highly recommend to all.

    Elayne the micro-blade is truly an artist. She is very patient while she works. She is profession, personable and a truly nonjudgmental beautician. I am a guy with uneven eyebrows, and her shaping and redesigning them through micro-blading truly gave my face a fresher renewed look. All I can say is, “Truly amazing work!”

    Used to be afraid of threading due to past experiences that were unpleasant at other eyebrow shops, more than happy to share that The Eyebrow City proved me wrong. Excellent service, standard, and pleasant staff – will be back again for sure – highly recommended

    (I have been doing eyebrows here for 7 or 8 years. My friends say that the results are very good and natural. The point is that I am also very satisfied. I will definitely go back every year before the Chinese New Year.)

    Walked in and tried their basic eyebrow embroidery. The staff Jesse and Elaine was friendly and helpful, eyebrow turns out okay. But price tag was somewhat steep at $398 with one free touch up.

    However was surprised by the hidden cost when checking out – it’s mandate to purchase the repair cream at $68 and the free touch up also requires a new needle which is chargeable at $68 for the free touch up. This will bring the total from $398 to $534 for a basic embroidery with one touch up.

    I recommend that you confirm the cost of the service before engaging in order to avoid disappointment.

    Expensive. My brows colour changed from brown to pinkish red after 6 months.

    I was very happy with my final eyebrow nano microblading results. As my eyebrows are sparse and light, a lot of skill and light-handedness is required for the embroidery process and Fiona handed it seamlessly. She will really find a shape that suits your face. Fiona knows what would suit me better than myself and I don’t think I would have a better outcome elsewhere. Thank you, Fiona!

    My first time doing eyebrow threading and was definitely nervous. Staff were all polite and friendly, and Amy did a great job 🙂 she made me feel comfortable and I look forward to visiting again! Thank you so much

    Had sparser brow ends and one of the ends grew in upward direction. Fanny was very meticulous with microblading and delivered great natural result. The other staff Elaine and Amy were also very friendly. Definitely recommended!

    Before visiting The eyebrow City, my brow was uneven and was quite obvious. Thank you Fiona for the advise & correction, nw my brow definitely look so much better n natural than before. I am feeling grateful & will definitely recommend friends to The Eyebrow City.
