    I am supposed to have an appointment yesterday which I have booked on ClassPass and they said that there was double book and they do not have any slots. It was a total waste of my time. They said to text and confirm if they have slots before booking which totally defeats the purpose of the ClassPass system. It is really stupid. I am very disappointed with both ClassPass and the merchant.

    Did my lash with Khysste. As it was my first time doing lash extension. She patiently shared with me the difference types of lashes and effects. No hard sell and just very sincere service! Thank you for the beautiful BV lashes!

    Was abit apprehensive to try lash extensions again as previously I have had done lash extensions they were so uncomfortable.

    But I’m glad I took a leap and went with them! Sherline was very patient with me and she took my suggestions into consideration.

    At first I was abit worried that the BV lash was too thick and not very natural, but I had a lot of compliments from the lashes.

    So far it has been very comfortable from the lash placement process and wearing the lash. So far only 1 lash dropped on day 5 and ever since it’s still looking very good, and hardly any droppage. Very happy with the look and the retention rate. I did LED lash and would definitely use this glue type again, no downtime and no waiting to dry too.

    Picture attached is 7 days old lash, still very nice!

    Would definitely be back to patronise them.

    I was attended by Sherline. She was very attentive and gave helpful advices on choosing lashes style, curve and shape. She also sent me alot of aftercare videos and charts. Love it. Not salesy at all and felt really comfortable with her. Shop is very small and cosy. Peaceful. I got my lunch nap while getting LED lashes done. Highly recommend!

    Had my eyebrow trimmed, though is just a normal trimming and shaping. Its one of the best place that i am satisfied with my eyebrow trimmed. It was nicely shaped and neat, price is also very affordable as well. No hardsell at all. The place is cosy and staff are very friendly. Will go back again next time.

    I’ve been served here for 5-6 years. Price are very reasonable for the service.

    Chloe, a professional and patient lash specialist, she always makes the best match for my colorful eyelash extensions.

    Found this place in classpass and didn’t expect much. Did SHR and lash lift here and both services were delivered beyond expectations. I felt comfortable all throughout. Staff were very friendly without being intrusive. They provide great aftercare as well. Facilities were clean and location was easy to get to. I’d be booking with them again.

    Correcting my previous post, I have since went back for a few times and gotten the lashes that I want. Sorry to act and judge quickly by first time experience.

    I have continue after trying out another lash artist Chloe and she has been doing amazing job, very gentle with removal and giving me full volume with retention lasting 4 weeks or so.

    I really want to like this place as it is near to my new office & staff are friendly, however it has turned out to be quite disappointing for my 1st appointment

    Firstly removal of my existing lash was abit uncomfortable, first time feeling some poking pain during removal. Then I paid for the BV Taipei lash extension, it turned out to be quite sparse – I have done lash extension for over 5 years at other salons & I know my natural lash is not long or thick however other salons were able to give more volume.

    Lastly, the lashes started dropping in last than a week….

    Permed my eyelashes with Khrysste. It’s been more than 1 month, and my perm is still holding up. Probably will go back to perm again once my new eyelashes have all grown out 😀 Thanks for the great service, as always.

    Had eyelashes done since few months ago. Their service never disappoint you. I personally love Sherline’s service as the lashes she does for me always up to my expectation and long lasting. I had my lashes permed before, but she manage to make a really lasting lashes for me after the perm. Thank you Sherline.
