    Complete rip off. Checked the website – facials are 240. Was told I’d get a discount as a first time customer. Turned up at the salon only to be told all facials are 300 but once they apply the “first time discount”, it magically becomes 240. Facial was terrible, the experiential part was projected pictures on the ceiling and canned music.

    I did my eyebrow embroidery at skin pple and I love the results. Christine did an amazing job with my brows, they look natural and even. She took into consideration my resting and smiling expression since our brows move alongside. I was given detailed instructions and a gel at the end of the session to ensure that the brows heal up nicely. I went for my touch up one month later just to refresh the colour. I wanted a natural look and they truly delivered it! Highly recommend the brow services here ?

    I have been facing skin issues for years and looking for products that suits my sensitive skin. Skinpple products had improved my skin and the staffs are very professional in giving recommendations to improve my skin health. Their moisturiser – Latte had been my favourite for a year and it really helps a lot in improving my skin condition. Protecting skin layer while letting it to be hydrated. I really love to use all those products both therapeutic or experimental .

    Lovely experience. First timer at Skin Pple – Ashley was professional, friendly and helpful in explaining the various procedures and processes. Facial treatment was a smooth and soothing one too.

    What an amazing, pampering and effective facial I got at Skin Pple. I could actually see the before and after difference post facial. The bonus is a relaxing, spa like environment that left me feeling super relaxed after. Totally recommend this!

    Booked myself the Stargazing experiential facial and was so looking forward to the “out-of-body experience” but was sorely disappointed. Was settled in a room with a ceiling projector upon arrival. Soon I was enveloped with “soothing music” as I lay staring at the changing images of clouds and the galaxy, which was supposed to teleport me to a different dimension? Maybe I’m missing something but I’m not sure how one can continue to look at the series of changing images when we are likely to close our eyes during the treatment; and at some point the music became annoyingly loud to promote any sense of serenity.

    The therapist kept me informed each step along the way, together with each product she was applying. At some point, I felt myself drifting off from the warm pulsating effects of the RF session. There was no extraction but the abrasive scrub applied zealously by the therapist probably extracted a thing or more. There was a short facial and hand massage and the therapist had firm pressure and long strokes which worked well for massages but to use the same pressure for face cleansing, especially around the eye area was quite a horrid experience for me. Isn’t the oldest advice in the book that the eye area is delicate and should always be treated gently (NO?)

    Overall the experience was neither out of body, nor out of the world for the matter. Could have just gone to Siloso Beach for the cloud or star gazing experience.

    Tried their facial called “Womb”. It was quite an experience, they had a screen that have flowing liquid with heartbeat sounds that make u feel like u are a baby inside the womb.

    Also got to try their secret add-on treatment called “Secret Light” which is an LED light treatment. Very nice, skin looks brighter and moisturised. Will be back for more!

    A hidden gem! I didn’t even know there was such a cute spa doing facials at the back of the shop until my friend told me. Very good value for the service provided.

    We had an amazing experiential facial session. Came out of it calmed and soothed, skin was clear and lifted. Highly recommended!

    Even though I was slightly late to my appointment, the staff were really welcoming and before beginning the treatment double-checked if I had any skin allergies. I went for the Chasing Rainbows facial which was truly such an interesting experience and I felt fully in zen mode. Before placing each product on my face, I was told what the product was for and made from which was very comforting for me since it was my first ever facial. My skin felt amazing after and the little makeup corner provided at the end was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, it was a great experience!

    Calming, beautiful and modern – from both store design, and service perspective. Hassle-free beauty treatment and products which don’t break the bank.

    Sasa was professional, patient and knowledgeable as she explained about the brand and products to me.

    I did the 30-min Bright Idea treatment and emerged with brighter skin and a more defined chin! The 20% discount for first-timers was also a delight.
    My therapist, Moon was gentle, professional and caring. She explained each machine and product she was about to use on my skin. While she offered me the opportunity to add on a mask, she was very gentle and not pushy.

    I felt taken care of both both Sasa and Moon at the Takashimaya store.

    Both my skin and my soul feel brighter after this experience.

    Great experience today, Olivia is very professional and attentive, letting me know every step of the way. The operation method is very good, very comfortable and I am very satisfied with the atmosphere.

    wow! really loved their experiential facials. I tried chasing rainbows and my skin was glowing after! what an experience it was for the senses and my skin. the staff was very helpful and not pushy at all which i appreciated.

    Was referred to Skin Pple by a friend and I was pleasantly surprised with their service. The staff were very patient and knowledgeable, not pushy and were very accommodating to all my request. A whole new facial experience, very satisfied with the service rendered and I can’t wait to be back!

    I love the concept of skin pple as they really catered to my skin needs. I have tried Bright Idea facial and I felt my skin have gotten brighter with my pigmentation being lighter.

    Would highly recommend for people to experience this facial treatment.

    I just tried the Stargazing facial, and I loved the whole experience. The therapist was really skilled which made the whole treatment very comfortable. The unique thing about this facial is that they bring the whole sensorial experience to you with music and there are stars to gaze on the celling, making it feel almost surreal. I can’t wait to be back!
