    Had Hifu treatment done by Dr Soh at Westgate. He was very professional and detailed. He took the effort to treat different areas of my face. Had the same treatment done previously by another doctor at the clinic but was not as good as Dr Soh.

    At the time when I purchased the package, the salesgirl told me no expiry/validity date and did not give me any invoice to track. I had mentioned to them over various occasions that I am busy and don’t have time to make appointments 2-3 weeks in advance. When I tried to make a booking, I was shocked to be informed the validity of 6/12mths was up. Was then asked to pay additional $50 for administration to extend for another 6 mths. Utter ridiculousness. Plus they have previously sold “promo” treatments online then charge injector fees separately at the clinic. Nett nett means no “promo price”. Luckily I took a snap shot of the promo advertised on their zoom, cause they gave wrong amount of product to be injected. Bought 2ml but was given 1ml. Had to show them proof if not they won’t believe me.

    I really just want to get out asap after 2.5yrs with them. Really hate the hard selling every single time I am there. No problem also can say until got problem with my face. Btw, I have no acne or pimple, just a bit of dark circles which can be resolved if I sleep early. Only there cos of a wee bit of pigments.

    Did laser treatments here hoping to brighten up my skin and maintain my complexion but ended up with more pigmentation. Very disappointing results and service.

    I remembered I was purchasing buy one free one package facial package before in 2019, but I seldom turn up for facial due to covid. Recently I went for facial and checked with the counter staff (as the one I purchased with had already went back to her country), she told me that my package is not buy one free one. Ok, fine. I didn’t argue or further clarify with her but the facial was terrible fast. A $200 plus facial was completed with normal face wash and one masque which was less than an hour, the terrible part was none of my acne was being extracted and this facial was worsen than before, I still need to do deep cleaning and re-masque at home the next day.

    I have been a regular in CSK Westgate for few years.
    The manager Kerin has been able to showcase her awesome consultancy service in various aesthetic care and treatment on needs-based approach. She has been a patient and dedicated staff in helping us to address skincare issue and recommend the right treatment within our budget. Coupled with the highly professional aesthetic doctor Dr Teh, together with the caring, jovial and experienced therapist Lee Fern and Queenie, this is the Best team in CSK Westgate! Kudos to the team!!

    Love this clinic at Westgate. Dr Jeanel Goh & her team such as Li Fern, Yuki, Rebecca & other staffs are (sorry I can’t remember their names) very friendly & helpful in many ways with excellent service.

    I’ve been a customer of CSK Westgate since 2016 and have tried a variety of treatments. Special thanks to Yuki and Lee Fern for their friendly services. They are one of the reasons why I keeping going back.
