    Feeling great aft each facial session. It can last for a few days still feeling refreshing….but after weeks, you start to feel the dryness and tightness of my skin, then you know it’s time to book for another appt. Overall still not bad for my age. Hope it’ll help. 😊

    the WORST FACIAL PLACE EVER PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE.

    I am a 4 years client as i have been forced to buy their package.

    1) HARDSELL EVERY TIME
    The consultant hard sells like crazy telling me every time that my eyes need package, my face needs hydration, and they even told me that the powerlift package i am currently on is ineffective and without topping up you will not see results.

    2) INEFFECTIVE
    I have laugh lines and that’s the reason why I go there which they claim is their specialty. 4 years of going every month and there’s NO RESULTS.

    3) INCONSISTENT FACIAL
    Sometimes the facial is 45 mins. Sometimes it’s 1.5h. Sometimes it’s 3 hours (with 1 hour of waiting for my busy beautician to go back and forth multiple clients). Regardless there’s always 30 mins of hard sell waiting for you at the end. During facial, I waited for 45 mins before after they cleanse my face and my beautiful almost never came back. Mid facial they will also randomly change beauticians depending on who is more free. Sometimes they massage more, sometimes they massage less. Sometimes there is more extraction, sometimes barely any. The massage was merely normal. Extraction is pathetic it’s less than 3 mins.

    4) Hard sell
    Every single time i am there across so many years, they will hard sell you EVERY package possible from hydration to under eyes, to protein, to increased power lift. They will take 15 mins to calculate for you how you MUST buy today because it’s a special price. They hard sell you every single time even when you have 20 sessions left in your package.

    5) HIGH TURNOVER
    In 2022-2023 alone, I have changed 9 beauticians and i kid you not. Each one just mysteriously disappears and they have some story to cover for it typically stating “under performance”.

    6) BLOODY NOISY PLACE
    When you are doing your facial you will hear 8-9 conversations from other rooms squaking away. Typically elderlies and laughing super loud and talking on their phones in dialect and laughing super loud. It’s a freaking wet market. The rooms are divided only by curtains that look like the ones in hospital and there is ZERO sound proofing. So if you are bored and want to listen in on the conversations grandmothers have with each other and laughing shamelessly loud and filling the entire place with dialect, ALL at the same time then please sign up for this scam.

    Ultimately, recklessly poor service, pathetic management of staff, inconsistent standard, HARDCORE SELLING every time I go. Lies about your skin condition, freaking one hell of a wet market noisy place with zero zen and you’re prematurely in a hospital with those blue blinds that’s not even maintained well. I would NEVER come back again and anyone should sign up

    The service is really good and I also signed a package after the trial! The therapist explained my skin so well that I actually learnt so much from her on how to take care of my skin. Very good service too

    i was asked to place a $50 hot cash for a promotion. A moment later, on cancellation i was told the refund will be made payable to me only in cash cheque in a month later. What kind of system or logic is i So be very sure when you decided or you will regret… Very bad experience! dont even deserve a star.

    As a client of Victoria facelift I was left very disappointed with how they treat me. My appointment was fixed one month ago and since my consultant will be away she suggested I change date so that she can service me herself. Time was fixed at her suggestion. They reconfirm my booking today for tomorrow appointment, however at night they text me to tell me that they have internal meeting and want to push back my timing. I did not agree as I have my day planned too plus i was informed last minute plus it is an internal meeting among themselves. I felt they didn’t value their customers. When I told them I want to cancelled my package within 1 min they replied ok just come down and sign for refund . That is how arrogant they are. No service recovery !
    I just hope they be fair in their refund and if that is how they treat their clients it is your choice if you want to sign on with them

    My old package that I sign haven’t finish yet ,they already hard sell a new package ..it is terrible expensive !!

    They only care about the sales and the facial is just simply and fast . Only one hour my facial done..before I sign package .the consultant told me the facial duration will be at least one n half hour to two hour .

    I agreed with many of the review here. They will not let u go until u signed a package. Similiar to other, even after I tell him I am not working they dun care about your financial and will asknu to sign installment with credit card. And they can ask u to top up package every month after ur viait. Once the door close u know u cant leave until u sign something. End up I felt Very regret each time I went for my facial wash cos there is no ending to the package. My beautician is in Sun Plaza and the manager is good in talking you into signing cos they wont give up.

    I like their therapist-facial services, customer service at the counter was always polite and friendly.
    But not their hard selling consultants.
    When they ask me to go to the room, I know it’s my doomsday.
    Everytime I visit, they will talk about how bad is my pigment condition and how horrible it can be in time to come. Pigment is never my concern so I rejected. Not surprise they came out another type of package (they always have something under their sleeves), ended up I fall for it, felt bitter and regretted. I have 15 more times to go through hearing the same shhht again.

    I hv a free facial from the radio station, I booked & went for the facial.. After that, they pushed me to signed a package of over $5k at Westgate. I don’t know why they can convinced me??? They calculated the 3years instalments is worth it. This is their techniques of pushing customers to sign package! This is something like shark loan, they don’t care how you going to pay for the instalments, they only care about their sales. I really regret of signing the package. I told them I am not working, yet they still pushing… I am heavily debted for the 3years instalments!!!

    Just visited their punggol branch ystd. Ended up with an additional $40 on top of a trial of $20 to get a just-simply-as-you-can-do-it-yourself facial care, wash, mask, lotion. Hope more ppl read their review before buying any trial or going to this hell. It’s a money cheating place. I did’t mind to pay $60 bucks for a facial session, but it turned out that’s just that basic rather than a proper facial session.

    The beauty consultant kept criticising the texture of my skin after scanning and said that there is no collagen and too many dark spots. I have frequent facial and do not agree with her. She waa trying too hard to sell her package only!!

    High turnover of staff. Consultant not experience enough. Package is too expensive. Not worth the money spend. Product and quantity does not tally in their system and what you are tracking. All sister company brand is the same.

    Had a Victoria Facelift a try. Good Service, room are clean, staffs are professional in their explaination. No hard selling. After facial pores are smaller, chick are smoother, minor wrinkles disappear. They use some sort of machine to massage around face skin, fore head, behind ears. Curious? Go, enquire and do try

    the facial was not bad but i must say their service was really good. Elle was very knowledgeable and patient. although i didn’t sign up for the packages, she gave me a set of mini home care products to try at home. i will definitely consider signing for a package after i finish my current facial.

    I am the kind of person who never believe in signing up package but due to excellent and not pushy attitude by my consultant. I was like why not ..Everytime service is good not until now , as she had personal issue to settle , the outlet manager took over . All good until end of the session , she want me to sign up another package to fix my problem even through I told her my financial is unable to do it. What make me so piss off is that ,she ask me go take a new credit card with new credit limit from different bank and can sign up the package. I already told her my financial not allow me do that and I don’t wish to. Is just like building up 1 hole to another. After being reject, bad attitude shown.

    Hi, just went for the facial today and wanted to share my experience. Similar to many readers here, I signed up via Kiss92. Fortunately I read some reviews online before going for the facial so I was mentally prepared for the hardsell. I think some branches may be more pushy than others, from the reviews here it seems like the whitesands and westgate ones are really bad, but I went to the plaza sing one. Yes she did try to push a package at the end but did not try too hard after I was firm and told her that I had another package outside and would keep them in mind after my other package finished, and she seemed to be appeased. I think one tip is that as most of the consultants speak Chinese and are not fluent in English, by telling them that you’re not comfortable speaking in Chinese and prefer to speak in English (which is what I did) will hinder much of their hardselling as they are not fluent in English. I think that was the reason why they didn’t hardsell as much to me – they were having difficulty hardselling in English. Just wanted to share my experience which may help other readers in future from having a bad experience there. The facial itself was decent – I told them my problem areas and they customised my facial and were not stingy with the products they put on my face so I’m overall quite content with the result – although I probably wouldn’t go back if it wasn’t free since the prices they quoted were exorbitant.

    WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
    Warning: Don’t ever sign up a package with them

    I went for free trial on Aug 2016. 2 beautician did the treatment and consultation. One of them is having “cigarette smoke” breath, so it feels very uncomfortable breathing that smell while they do the facial on my face.
    After the facial treatment, they did “consultation” in another room. They are VERY VERY PUSHY in getting me to sign up their package according to my budget. Long story short, I ended up getting charged on my credit card for a package, which I signed up after being sort of brainwashed. But on the same day, within a few hours, I decided to change my mind and cancel the transaction.
    I tell you, the whole process of getting a refund, is a NIGHTMARE.
    We signed an agreement that they will refund the amount minus SGD 50 admin charge by 1 month after the agreement date. Even until now (end of September), i have not get my refund.
    Will proceed with Bank dispute/police report if they do not send the amount by the agreed period.

    So, I am warning you, don’t ever do the free trial (because they are going to be very super pushy and will not “let you go till you sign up” kind of attitude), and NEVER sign up a package with them (the per treatment cost is more expensive than any other facial treatment of comparable quality)

    If I can choose ‘Nil’ star, I would. Super bad experience by my friend and I on 20/1/17. After spending 4 hours at the outlet doing free trails offered by our friend, we signed on a package but was later told to return to cancel the deal. I am thankful they cannot honour the bargain due to their mistake but they did not handle it professionally. Their attitude is : Customers are to serve them and not the other way around. DO NOT EVER SIGN ANY PACKAGE WITH THEM! DO NOT STEP INTO THEIR OUTLET, ESPECIALLY WESTGATE, EVEN IF IT’S FOR FREE! U WILL REGRET!

    Went for a free treatment as advertised by a radio station. After the treatment they would take you to a room and ask you to sign a package, very hard to leave. THEY WONT LET YOU GO

    This review is split into 2 because google has a character limit, but I am so throughly annoyed at the place I feel a strong need to warn everyone about it.

    Part 2:
    2 sessions went by with constant hard sell from the moment we step in until we leave. Both sessions ended up with us sitting in the same room for 15-20mins steadily refusing an extension to our package.

    Finally, on finishing the last session, we stood to leave straightaway because we have heard enough of their relentless jabber. This time, they stopped us at the door and claimed that we have won their lucky draw. The prize was one more free session, arguable the biggest bullshit I’ve ever heard. They started to get really rude and had horrible attitudes when we ignored their insistence for us to book an appointment for that “free” session.

    I thought the matter was over, but who knows, they called again the following week and the week after. My mum got really pissed and told to them to stop. We didn’t hear from them again until 3-4 months later, which is 2 weeks ago they called AGAIN and asked us to book an appointment for the “free session”. When my mum refused, they said they cannot close our file unless we either come down and finish that “free” session or come down to sign off saying that we don’t want that “free” session. WHAT BULLSHIT. Before hanging up, my mum warned them not to call me because she know I was busy and had meetings regularly but who knows, I just got a called from them yesterday saying the same story. I tried to be polite and said no but she insisted on me hearing her out about how their company policy requires us to come down and sign off a form to reject the last “free” session. I tolerated for as long as I could and when she (by the name of EUNICE) won’t shut up, I simply hung up the phone.

    Unbelievably, 30mins later they got another beautician to call me and interrupted me in the middle of a meeting. I really couldn’t take it anymore and told her off. If I could sue/officially lodge a complain at the consumer’s association for harassment, I would do so.

    I hope that everyone out there reads this and NEVER step into this place ever. There are hundreds of beauty centers out there who have the same if not better treatments than them. One of the most horrible experiences imaginable.

    Part 1:
    This one star rating is one star too high, because even a 1 star rating is far to high for one of the worst places I’ve ever been to. Their procedures are extremely mediocre and really produces little to no results at all. But putting that aside, what is most horrifying is their marketing methods and hard sell techniques.

    My mum and I got a free time trial from her calling into some radio station promotion. With a fairly open mind, we went ahead to book our first appointment with them. True enough, before we even started the free trial procedure they sat us down and started the age-old gimmick of scanning your skin and telling you how utterly horrible ur skin condition was and how it will worsen if you don’t deal with it.

    After about 20minutes of dooms-day talk, they then flash photos of their “customers” who have experienced miraculous results. This endedoff with them saying that they are having a promotion for a package of 10 treatments.

    I understand that a business is a business and they have to sell products in order to stay in business, but to try and push us into signing on for a $1880 package before even allowing us to start our free trial session, is way to much and far to early. After insisting for about 10 minutes that we would like to try first before making any decisions, they finally agreed and let us start the facial.

    The facial itself was nothing special. The usual steps and the usual length of time facials usually take. Do note that my constant repetition of the word “usual”, is not because I have limited vocabulary but rather it is the only word that stays true to exactly how mediocre the treatment was. Its didn’t do any harm to my skin but it certainly did no good. About the same as if you cleanse then exfoliate your skin and put on a mask at home yourself. Except the latter of course cost about 1/10 the price you pay in Victoria Facelift.

    Procedure aside, we came out of the room after we were done and moved to leave. Immediately we were stopped and ushered into a small room by 2-3 beauticians who were standing by the counter. They said they already prepared a collagen drink and would like to debrief before we leave. Sensing that this is going to be another bout of hard sell, I immediately insisted on leaving, but the lady who did my mum’s facial played the pity card and said her manager would be very angry at her for not completing the debriefing process. My mum being soft hearted said a drink won’t hurt and thus we sat down once more.

    They brought up the $1880 package again, do note that the $1880 is for my mum’s 10 treatment package, I can’t remember how much they offered me, but I do remember them saying that I was entitled to a student rate of $1280, which was such utter bullshit. Anyways, the drink was finished and we wanted to leave but they wouldn’t let us go and just as I stood up, one of their colleagues ran in and said they will make an exception and allow us to try an extra 3 sessions for $348 a person.

    The whole thing went on for about 30mins, eventually my mum succumbed and signed the both of us on for another 3 sessions. As unhappy as I was about being pushed into buying I don’t like very much I let it go because $348 was not a big enough deal to flip out at my mum.
