    Not a good experience either. I had a terrible experience at this shop. Very hard selling. The spa is okay but the outcome of the manicure and gel are way too worse, always need to redo. It’s really a lousy shop!
    也不是一个好的经历。我在这家店经历了一次糟糕的经历。非常难卖。水疗中心还可以，但美甲和凝胶的效果太差了，总是需要重做。真是一家烂店啊！

    Had my manicure & pedicure done today with them and 5 stars to the lady who did both for me. Nicely done manicure & pedicure, friendly and helped give good suggestions too when I was indecisive on color, shape etc.

    I recommend Ashley for her work is beautiful and she is soo professional. She is also one to have a great laugh with.

    Jiaqi did the gel manicure beautifully.

    From China Town to Tampines One and now PLQ. Every one at the Pixie branches above has been great. Lovely ladies Ashley and Ling attended to me today at the month old PLQ branch. The only feedback I have is that every single person will definitely ask me to buy add ons every single time but then again it’s a part of their job. My job will be to keep turning them down as I deem fit 🙂

    The gel pedicure is good quality . A must try is Gel fit. The staff are helpful and friendly and very patient, especially Ling.

    loved the service jiaqi helped me do manicure and pedicure. she made sure it was done to perfection and chatted with me. friendly and professional. will come back

    The service attitude is very good. My foot is handled very carefully. The thumb no longer hurts. The staff inside are very cheerful and humorous.

    A very bad experience ever for manicure service served by a staff named Jia Qi at PLQ outlet. She just look down on Fave purchase client by an irresponsible attitude. Extremely unprofessional in service line. So sad case still have this kind of staff nowadays.

    Had a super bad experience with this nail service shop. Visited for Gel Manicure and Classic Pedicure with the voucher bought from Fave. Arranged for soak off right on the same day of visit. Today I called to confirm the appmt but was told that no appmt made. The staff even raised her voice saying that I am not their customer (just because I bought Fave voucher and I’m not considered their customer?!) Super lousy shop! Don’t ever waste your money and time here.

    RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF

    I visited your salon today on 19th Oct 2022 at PLQ. Unfortunately, your staff is not at all interested to attend their customers. They were very rude and unprofessional – Tassie ( had to ask twice her name and took 10 seconds to tell her name because she knew what she is doing) and Jacqueline. I have visited many salons but never saw such kind of attitude of the staff. I have taken an appointment and waited for 15 mins and nobody came to start mani pedi and when i asked your staff said very rudely – wait. Your staff was continuously talking in chinese loudly which was very annoying. I would never recommend anyone to come here to experience the worst. They were suggesting other services for additional price continuously. Irony is that they have just opened it yesterday in PLQ. I hope you hire a trained, professional and well-groomed staff in future.
