    I felt that the doctor’s fee of $60 for 5 mins consultation is too high for minor ailment like flu and cold.
    I also need to pay too much for the common medicine $70, total bill add up to $130.
    Normally I paid only $35 to $50 at other clinic.
    I therefore will not recommend any one to visit this clinic.
    Further more, I need to wait for long period, very frustrated.

    Went for dressing a wound stitched 2 days back by CGH. Doctor there put band aid saying no dressing needed amd charged me $65. My issue is not about the fee but the way she handled. She peeled the previous dressing rudely that it pained so much. When i told to do it slow she told she will try. Worst medical service in a country like singapore.

    Dr Chong is a very professional, reliable n caring doctor. His staff r friendly n attentive. Other than general GP consultations n procedures (which incl even acupuncture), Dr Chong is also a certified aesthetic specialist providing skin treatments like laser for pigmentation, botox , fillers n microdermabrasion, etc at reasonable charges. It’s a hidden gem 1 stop for GP n aesthetic within a HBD neighborhood. It’s been our family clinic for a long while n v all trust them well. Quite crowded during rush hours n better registered for queue no. n procedure appointment via phone call in advance, despite they open till late evening.

    The wait is just too long, there’re so many people who are sick outside but 1 patient can take more than 30 minutes.

    Speechless and disappointment in the total rigid response to an appeal. It kind of shaken my confidence in this clinic after this incident.

    I didn’t see the doctor. He may have been great.

    I gave a rating of 2 because the wait was too long. Approximately 1 hour for 2 patients to come out. Had a fever of 38. Felt sicker after waiting so long. All I wanted to do was get some meds then sleep. I went home to get some sleep instead.

    Staff was ok. They did their jobs.

    Amazing. I have been suffering from eczema on both hands for the past two years and in the past hree months it had affected my arms , legs, back and neck. It was unbearable. After seeking treatment from many doctors and even TCM, it did not improve and the quality of my life was adversely affected. During Christmas I met a friend who introduced me to Trinity Medical Clinic. Dr Chong is extremely caring and explained the condition in great detail. I am happy to say that within the week, the eczema on my hands and body have healed ! I feel.like a normal person again. My family members are both amazed and mostly thankful! Thank you Dr Chong and your team of caring nurses! You are amazing! Happy 2019!!

    I wish that they were more clear that they will not be operating for the whole day as of 29 November. Though it may be my fault for not knowing of the operating hours, if they are going to open the clinic at all, I wish they would’ve put a paper which said “Closed for the day” instead of “2pm – 4pm | Closed”. I presumed that at 4pm would be open and have been thrown off, not realizing that the clinic would not be open at all. This troubled my mother and I and hope this doesn’t happen again in the future.

    Doctor genuinely cares about the patient. Medicine works too.
