    staff who attended to me is superb with colour matching and great colour recommendation and even got a color to my liking and matches my taste and outfit of the day. However during payment when I didn’t like the package’s options they tried to sell me, attitude change to cold and ignorant. They are no more warm n helpful when you need time to consider the unattractive packages they are selling .

    My nail extensions (done at other salon) broke while i was at work so I dropped by next door to remove. While trying to remove my nail extension, the nail technician filed so much of my nails off until it hurt so badly. My nails became paper thin and they sold me some vitamin C serum. No other salon has ever removed my extensions in this manner, think this salon doesn’t have proper capabilities on that.

    It’s cozy environment and nail artist has good skills. Especially xiao man is very patient and have good arts sense. Only one thing is they really like promoting products and sales; have renewed my membership for 2-3 times but was shocked still need to pay extra seperately for nail paint and some other service. Don’t find it’s very fair scheme (how possible to pay extra in cash to have nail arts when you have bought card more than 1000sgd?) nobody explained that when they sold me card anyway. If hard selling will be less I could have given better score.

    Nice and cozy environment. Xiao man attended to me in the afternoon. She was very meticulous and attentive throughout my pedicure session.

    Tried this outlet and was lucky to have a patient and friendly manicurist. She took many extra little efforts to ensure that I was comfortable throughout the session. Very flexible and accommodating too. Got my pre CNY bunny art ??

    I have been with Nail Bliss for more than 10 years and have always been a satisfied customer. Would highly recommend my go-to manicurist Peiyi who is meticulous, patient and always tries her best to achieve the nail art designs that I request for!

    Highly recommended Peiyi, who is so patient and meticulous! I love the nail art so much; it looks super high quality! U won’t regret going to her for major events like wedding!
