They should change the name to the Forbidden Spa.. you call they don’t allow reservation. You walk in they ask you why never reserve..

    This spa doom to fail.

i have similiar experience. receptionist say they have no other services e.g. no scrub. except massage. And it is 40 minutes. No 1 hour, no 90 mintues. Then why advertise the rest of service on your website???

Call to enquire. The staff answer say she is busy, got another caller on the line. Wow! Another customer is more important.
No time to answer my enquire. This between 6 to 6:30pm.

I have to agreed this is a recipe to disaster.

Tried to make a booking and they told me not to, as they cant do advance booking. Reason being that their masseuse come in at non-fixed times.

Isnt that a recipe for disaster?

I cant even book a slot because they cant gaurantee they have masseuse around. I asked what happens if i go there and theres no slot available. She tells me i can go to other massage parlors.

In Singapore terms, this is when i say “ying liao le lor…” meaning “win already”. This business doesnt want business.

    10/10 not gonna bother.
