    they left spots when removing my nails. not worth $20. i have to file myself for the gel nail they missed.
    they also tried to charge me $50 for gel extension nail removal when i only said i want gel removal. i specified after they tried to charge me this ridiculous price.

    For manicure – Their aggressive cutting of cuticles in manicure means 2 days later they are still hurting me. Not very professional.

    Closed shop without notice, still have hundreds of dollars left in my package, ask me to go far away to waste my time. Avoid if you can.

    BEWARE of this unethical and dishonest business!

    They used to be Pretticare at Marine Central that has moved to without notifying their customers. I was notified by Aurora (the new tenant) that they have moved to Tanglin. If not for them, I wouldn’t have been able to contact them and one could imagine how much money they would have taken from all the impacted customers, discreetly.

    Since I contacted them, they portrayed themselves as victims of the previous landlord for not renewing their rental at Marine Central. How they fail to secure their tenancy, has got nothing to do with consumers, who have paid money into their business in advance with the purchase of packages.

    We have paid money into the business in trade of a service, we are not partners or shareholders of the company, to bear the liabilities of your company.

    They have offered alternatives including refunds. But again, they became unresponsive and silent about when the refund will happen. They are just full of lies.

    They are very dishonest and unethical. I urge for anyone to NOT sign on any packages with them, to avoid the similar situation to happen to you.

    This is a dishonest business, all consumers be aware. Bought a package at their Parkway Centre outlet and only used 3 sessions when they suddenly notify that they have moved. They can now only offer their service at this Tanglin Mall outlet but the package was never meant to be used at other outlets. Receipt and business card do not even mention other outlets. They refuse to refund the balance and the owner is not responsive. Very dishonest practice.

    The owner had another outlet called Pretticare at Parkway Centre in East Coast. Sold package to me, of which I have only used 3 out of 15 sessions, and suddenly they notified me few weeks ago they stopped operation there and i have to go to this Tanglin Mall outlet to do my pedicure. The package was never based on multiple locations and is clearly meant for use at Parkway Centre. This M Spa location is so far away and inconvenient for me, so i will never be able to use the remaining package. The owner refused to refund the balance and is never contactable or responsive despite many messages left with the staff. All customers should be very wary of this business and the owner.

    Perfect place for nails, awesome service & friendly staff. The price is reasonable for the premium quality that u get. Highly recommend this nail salon.

    It was my first time having nail extensions and I’m pretty skeptical because my nails have been so damaged by other nail salons. I’ve heard good things about this place so decided to give it a try. It came out exactly what I wanted and the staff are so friendly and careful with my nails.

    Awesome experienced and nice salon to do nails.Their service is excellent and reasonable prices.Definately will go back again.
