    I done my teeth whitening treatment at La Vie Aesthetics. My advisors do the teeth assessment before my treatment. I decided do 3 round follow my advisor advise due to my teeth colour really yellow ? Suprisingly I can see the WOW result after 1st visit ? Big thanks for my advisor Jasslyn to advise me to do 3 round. I will do maintenance at here because I dont want my teeth going back like last time ?

    Sales people are very pushy. I signed up their promo and the first thing was they tooky payment and made me sit in the consultation room for 90mins trying to sell me packages. When I didn’t want the package and wanted start treatment, the sales assistant made me wait in room and went to attend to another customer.
    Not professional. When I wanted to refund the trial price, she said nets cannot be refunded and told me I needed to pay $50 for consultation fees which was not mentioned at all at start.
    Will not recommend shops that waste time and too pushy with sales.

    Had my third session for the Glaze+ treatment today – always feel super rejuvenated and refreshed after every session. Besides the effective treatment – I always look forward to the good hour of being pampered in a calming, relaxed atmosphere. Can’t wait to start on my Acne Healing Treatment next month!     I went for the trial treatment but was advised to top-up some extra settings as I have previously not done any facial treatment and my skin condition was quite bad. The result is immediate and apparent.

    Highly recommend Jasslyn who has been my advisor for two sessions. She is super professional and humourous which makes the extraction and laser treatment process less intimidating.

    The free trial Glaze+ treatment is a bit misleading but I still recommend Venus as your beauty consultant. She offers special promo and explains well the personalized treatment needed for your skin that is according to your budget. She has good knowledge in providing professional skin consultation. She is very sweet, friendly and helpful. Same goes to Nana (facial therapist).

    Had my second trial treatment at La Vie Aesthetics. Great hospitality by the reception. And an even amazing experience with Venus. I have severely acne prone skin and I have always thought that I had very oily skin. Venus was thorough and honest with her treatment and consultation. She also suggested that I don’t use my cream moisturiser-which i think is the reason why I have clogged pores. I used to really hate when someone has something to say about my skin but Venus really made me feel comfortable in my own skin. I think that’s really crucial for beauticians. Thank you Venus for the awesome service! Will definitely come back!

Her bubbly personality will make you feel at ease, and not worrisome during the laser treatments. And, she ensures, results are consistent through the process! Highly recommended! (:

    I went there to get my teeth whitened and to be very honest, i am very proud of the results !! it was really a big jump from my yellow teeth to white teeth within just 1 SESSION !! really happy and i really want to recommend this to others that wants a white teeth in no time

    First time doing any slimming treatment. So when I saw Lavie having trial session for first time customers for Byefats freeze treatment, I wanted to give it a try because they clearly stated 1 session $98 and 2 sessions $188. So I thought that was quite affordable. When I came down, they said that there are variances in the cup size.

    Staff said that for my “condition” (I’m not sure what she meant by condition because I have no illness or any conditions of that sort, but what she probably meant was “case”), I had to use the bigger cup so that means I had to pay more. But I thought it was just a bit more, but she mentioned that I had to pay $1688 for the bigger cup? So I told her honestly that I am on budget and from IG, I saw that they clearly stated $98 or $188. So I turned down her offer.

    Then she proceeded to tell me that if I continue with the $188, I won’t be seeing any difference. So when she says that of course I felt ridiculed. I came down all the way from North side to at least try to do something about my body. So in the end I had to pay a total of $500+ in the first session and she only used one big cup for the treatment.

    Such a rip off and I will not come back. Even though the staff were friendly and the ambience was nice, I feel that they were not upfront with their advertisements and there is bound to have additional charges if you go there. Maybe people can try other treatments but I feel like it’s not worth my money spent just for one time treatment. And also, they made me pay first before the treatment.

    Oh, it’s not true when they said it’s a painless treatment. They had to make you sign like a waiver form and they did tell you that the treatment will leave abit of pain and discomfort.

    I am so upset and have never felt so down spending $500+ on something i thought that would help me boost my confidence.

    I would like to compliment to Aesthetics Advisor Amy and Jasslyn from orchard gateway outlet for giving Excellent advise regards my face problem which was scar,oily and sensitive skin. After consulting my first session was Glaze… for guys before u do this treatment please clean shave before come.. hahaha it was good experience No pain at all… then my second session was Smart S no pain at all… so relaxing… good experience.. Recommended

    Ada adviser have done me a acne healing treatment for my face..and she did explain every step and treatment that she done for me..
    Yet after all i did see a different on my face after a first treatment.friendly adviser and she did share bout my skin problem and which treatment is best for me.

    You don’t really get what you ask for. Wanted to try their Glaze treatment $28, paid the first payment & thought I would come second time and also thought thats the final payment. That lady mentioned a few things/ treatments and the main one is blackhead removal at only $68. After treatment done, she required me to pay TWICE $68 – 3D collagen and blackheads removal. My blood was boiling when she was trying to convince me with a terrible attitude & saying she did mention the price, which I don’t think I acknowledged it.
    Second thing is, most people thinks they’re professional (and get many influencers to advertise for them) but actually not quite there yet (if you ever visit other aesthetic centre before). They should handle every customers with care. That lady has hygiene problem, she was coughing so badly, and still came into the room to do my face, all I smell is her palm, that covers her coughing all the time. The whole treatment was done by another lady but she keeps coming into the room interfere this session.
    Third thing is, she keep emphasising that the photos of before and after is done with her customer’s consent but the thing is, when they take my pictures of before and after, they never ask me whether or not this can be shared to other customers, so that means my photos will be use to show her next customers without my consent. This is not so professional.

    If the customer service and treatment were good and worth the money, i will never write a complain. This is not what I ask for. Not a good experience. What a rip off!

    I highly recommend anyone who is interested in teeth whitening, I went down to La Vie Aesthetics SG in the 17th of December 2019. I was amazed at how helpful and understanding the employees were. They have proven themselves to have the upmost professionalism standards that I can imagine of, the instructions were clear and easy to follow and it I can guarantee to anyone that if you choose La Vie Aesthetics SG you will receive the best customer to employee relation, the results were mesmerizing as I’ve only been to the first session yet I see a very big change in the colour of my teeth. I strongly believe that if you choose La Vie Aesthetics SG you will have a fun time not only for yourself but an even better joy to your teeth.

    Good customer service. Susan handle my face with care and advice me on products i should stop applying to avoid breakouts. She was really careful when handling my skin. Eda also advice me on how my face would recover from acne. Sharing with me alternative solutions on my next session as im still a student. Highly recommend.

    UTTERLY DISAPPOINTING TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I made an appointment earlier on stating I will be using a fave voucher. Turned up at their outlet after travelling all the way down on a precious Saturday afternoon, they rejected my fave voucher usage saying that because of their Facebook promotion, I am not allowed to use the fave voucher and I have to come back another day if I want to use the fave voucher. I see much unfairness in the treatment given that I had to travel all the way down and I had informed them in advanced I will be using fave. Maybe it would be better that you could obtain the code from the fave user beforehand to prevent such incident from happening again.

    The atmosphere of the place is very conducive and relaxing and it enhances the experience! Had a consultation before going in for my treatment and was advise with the proper treatment based on my skin condition. The treatment was very relaxing and it was painless and I could feel a huge difference in my skin quality after my session and I can’t wait for my next few sessions with Lavie Aesthetics!

    Signed a package for Glaze laser treatment. First of all I would like to praise & recommend Amy! She is professional, friendly, shared her knowledge with me, really genuine in her service wanting good results for her customers. For example she recommended me to get an extraction without any additional costs (minus 1 setting of laser which originally was 2 setting) if not the laser treatments won’t be effective as my pores are clogged and the laser won’t be able to penetrate which I was thankful of her for letting me know! And you may wonder why I gave 4 stars instead of 5? As before Amy tended to my face I was treated by all different beauticians none of them offered about the extraction and just did the laser treatments doing what they were paid to do and you don’t feel their genuine services or professionalism, as once during the treatment Glaze laser where you shouldn’t feel any pain but I did, the beautician could clearly see as I would “jump” if I felt sudden pain but she kept on going, the reason why i didn’t voice out was because I wanted to see if she would offer or ask if I was okay with the temperature. But she didn’t!!! I reckon that I felt the pain because she didn’t put on enough of the gel where they used it for the glaze treatment and shortly after the treatment was done the beautician without saying a word, left after the laser treatment this shows how genuine the person is and I won’t pinpoint or mention her here as I’m writing this review here for this aesthetic clinic just for Amy she is really that good, highly recommend!

    Amy is really good at extraction too! the pain is really minimal compared to other places/beauticians where they don’t really care about you or your skin they were just doing what were paid to do.

    I was treated by Amy and she did an amazing job. I feel like she went out of the way to reassure me when I was shy or nervous or scared !! She really touched me with her gentle manners.     Such a bad experience. Please never never choose it, you will definitely regret.
    1. Asked me to pay first and then gave me the treatment, is it legal??
    2.ONLY 15 mins for the whole trail、But never mentioned in the website and the receipt. It’s totally a fraud!
    3. After treatment, no any enhancement but they don’t care about that, showed me the photo below, it is obvious that after photo was enhanced by photoshop software.
    4. They don’t even care about my feeling and my review, just ask me sign my name on the paper rudely.

    Tried their V-Contour Treatment and really enjoyed it! The staff were personable and friendly and did not attempt to hardsell anything during the treatment.The treatment had both warm and cold elements and was very relaxing. There wasn’t an immediate effect after the treatment but my face felt sharper when I woke up the next day.

    Currently signed up for the collagen facial. I really like their service, as the staff is accommodating and friendly. They may push their sales to you however, if you decline them politely, they wouldn’t be pushy about it.
    Suzanne has frequently administered to me and is attentive and careful. Talks during facial make it seem less of a routine for both of us so it’s nice to see a familiar face everytime I return.

    Brave enough to be out bared face now as I can see significant changes on my face progressively after each treatment. Yvonne is tactful and gave best recommendation that will suit your needs with no hard selling. She also gave beauty advises for home care and attend to all your queries well making customer feel assured. Overall ambience is nice and staffs are generally welcoming.

    It was my first time ever doing a facial treatment. Although it was just one session (trying one $28 promo), I do see result. I went through a consultation and my advisor Ada, gave a clear information about what my skin require. She also inform me before applying any treatment onto my skin as to ensure the customer what the process that they are doing.

    After reading the reviews and saw a good rating, I decided to try it out as I have an upcoming important interview. I have visited La Vie two weeks ago and was attended by Ada. Ada is friendly and shares with me on my concern professionally. I was asked to go with two session instead of one session to see a better result and up grade one more laser to solve my concern better. I have a light scarring on my forehead and I can see a visible result after first session, it almost fade off. But I have just sign up an IPL facial nearby my place and I would like to see the result by it own. So I decided not to sign up any package with them until I complete my current facial treatment. But if you have stubborn scar which you would like to lighten, you definately need to go with more then two session to see the best result.

    This is my third session with La Vie and I can really see the difference now! My face is oily and I do have scars from my previous rash but thanks La Vie it’s getting better! My face getting brighter, my scars slowly going away! Can’t wait for the end result! And also I would like to thank Yvonne for the tip top customer service! Every procedure she do on me, she will explain before hand and during the process!

    I just finished my 2nd session Glaze + Laser and it was a relaxing and refreshing session for my skin. I got big pores on my cheeks and you can instantly feel the results of the laser.
    Miss Grace who attends to me is also friendly and gave me skin care tips especially that I have acne prone skin. I definitely recommend this! Ultimate spa for your skin. The shop is also convenient to visit located at Orchard Gateway, connected to Somerset MRT Station.

    Did my face contouring at LaVie and I must say its a relaxing and beneficial process! They have professional consultant to advise you on which treatment will work best for you and as well as useful tips on achieving better looking skin that glows from within.

    I picked the V contour treatment and I am not regretting my decision. Best combo comes in when you can relax, enjoy the face massage, let them work their magic and you will wake up with instant results!

    I truly enjoy every bit of my La Vie experience and will definitely continue my treatment with them, strongly recommended!

    It was my first visit here for teeth whitening. Yvonne attended to me and she took the time to explain the whole procedure and possible side effects which might arise from the treatment in a clear and detailed manner. It was a comfortable and pain-free experience. I also had visible results from the first session. All the staffs were very friendly and provided very good service. I am definitely going back and I would highly recommend this to anyone who is considering this place for teeth whitening or any other treatments!

    Visited La Vie Aesthetics for a teeth whitening session. It is location minutes away from Somerset MRT.

    I’m super amazed by the result. I saw visibly whiter teeth from just one session alone ! My teeth changes from a shade 30 to a shade 24. 6 shades whiter !

    The procedure was fast and fuss free. After taking a short nap, It seems like I woke up with brand new set of teeth !

    This is my second visit here and I really like it. Riko’s really friendly and her extraction skills are one of the best i’ve tried. I have sensitive and sporadic acne but it has gone down a lot since I visited La Vie. Will recommend!

    I went to La Vie to try their Laser Facial and I love it. It was my first time to have laser facial and it wasn’t bad. All my misconceptions were gone. They treat me so well, advise of my skin condition and the kind of treatments needed. Riko and Yvonne were wonderful. Will contact them again when I am back in Singapore.

    Came here to try out the hair removal for Brazilian area, Riko definitely was very good at her job. She made the whole process a very enjoyable one because initially i was a bit anxious about the whole thing. But she managed to calm me down and even gave tips on aftercare as well.     I have never tried laser treatment before as I was afraid of it being painful. However, the staffs are convinced me that I will only feel the heat and it is tolaratable. True enough, the procedure did not hurt at all. The consultants were knowledgeable and were able to inform me in detailed on my trouble areas on my face. I did my first session on Glaze + Laser Treatment and the results were surprisingly impressive as it is visible. Thus, I am a satisfied customer and I really recommend everyone to try it out.

    Ambiance at the reception area is very cozy. I felt like a princess actually. When I was brought into the treatment room, it was very comfortable. I especially appreciate the blanket given as it can get quite cold while waiting for the treatment to be done. My advisor was very informative. The treatment was painless and very effective. I can’t wait for my next sessions to see how much whiter my teeth can go!- nurfatiin

    Chance upon this place and it was definitely one of the best decision made. The place is well located, easy to find and staffs are friendly. There was no hard selling. Decided to take up a package after careful discussion and recommendation and it was a great experience so far. Riko was very professional in her work when doing the treatment as well.

    La Vie Aesthetics has a very posh outlook to it, with accomodating and friendly staff who are dedicated to their work. I value customer service a lot and i would give them a 10/10.
    Other than that, they were also very detailed and patient with the explanation of my treatment- such as what to expect and the after-care. Deff would recommend this place!

    Rico is very detailed in her service. She takes her time during the facial, so you really feel that every inch of your face is taken care of. Extractions are also painless and clean too. She also showed the before and after photos of her past customers and told me how to take care for my skin! (what not to eat etc) Overall, very good experience with her!

    My wife was attracted from the reviews but she complaint about the hard-selling method by the staffs. Also, after the treatment my wife was forcefully asked to write review for the company (which might explain the reviews here). I could only take it as half-truth as I did not experienced it personally.

    I decided to write this review because my wife had asked me to book another appointment for her so that she can finished the package. Upon calling, which took forever for the staff to picked up, the staff wasn’t attentive. Moreover, she requested for contact number TWICE but couldn’t give me the answer of how many times my wife had left for the remaining treatment. I waited for 15 minutes, literally just holding my phone. The next thing that I got from the staff was that she will call me back later.

    This is a classic example of companies getting good reviews but the service felt was of the contrary.

    So it was my very first time doing the facial treatment and i really happy to see the good result in me . I can see lots of improvement than before . Such a good service , I would like to thank Letitia . I recommend you guys to come and do the treatment , surely no regrets . I look so much better now . I want to share my experience , i had acne , blackhead and old scars over years . Then now my skin is smooth and nice . It really works! The scars became thin and the blackheads vanished and my skin got brightened up as the sun damage that made me look darker . I’m happy with it . Thx again La Vie 🙂

    Did their SHR treatment and BYEFATS treatment and I love the results!!

    The SHR treatment removed all my unwanted hair within sessions and really really made me feel so much more confident about myself.

    The BYEFATS treatment fhelped me achieved a nicer body contour by freezing my fats at areas where I wanna look slimmer and more defined.

    Highly recommend because of their effective treatments that made it so worth it

    First time doing a facial? I was afraid of what the people at La Vie might do to my face but i was immediately greeted by such professionals who’s only goal was to take my already flawless face and make it priceless. Once you walk into the store you are embraced with smiles all around
    ( You are gonna question your teeth after seeing how WHITE all the staffs teeth are..) with such glow. The Tea they serve you…i gulped 4 cups because it was so refreshing . After an evaluation and chat about my needs, A plan was devised, with my Treatment starting right after. once in the room you are gonna feel a sense of ease and peace, The staff will elaborate every step of the way as to what they are doing, keeping you company as you share some laughs. I did the GLAZE + LASER FACE Treatment and right after the first treatment i walked out a Star!     Saw so many 5 stars review on facebook and google. Saw some before and after effect photos of glace+ laser face treatment and decided to give it a try. My consultant was Emmy Lai and she was patient, reassuring, considerate and sweet. So glad it was her for my first consultant and would love to have her as my future consultant. The glace+ laser treatment was very effective. I could see my open huge pores tighten and became smaller. My face was lifted, brighter and more hydrated, all in just one first session! It was painless and just warm. Would definitely be back for more sessions or try others! 🙂

    Treatment was relaxing, consultant was gentle and patient. Enjoyed that there was no hard selling, treatment was fairly mild and gentle so expect that results will show over the course of a few treatments. Overall a good experience, would come again.

    I tried the glaze+. Results not visible immediately for me but my skin cleared up considerably over the next few week. The treatment was calming and effective. Consultant was professional and caring, took time to explain procedures and options in detail. Most importantly they are not pushy at all. Therapist is patient and gentle. Looking forward to my next session.

    Went to La Vie Aesthetics for the first time today to get my teeth whiten and I love the process!!!! My therapist, Tracy was so helpful and welcoming. She explained to me patiently the process and what would the end results be after the teeth whitening process! Definitely recommend this place with great service and great results even after one session today!

    The ambience was relaxing and the service was great as the staff listened to my concerns and chose a treatment suitable to my skin condition (dry and prone to eczema), which was the Dew+ booster treatment to boost the moisture in my skin. Immediately after the treatment, which involved a soothing massage (who doesn’t love a massage), I could see that my face was very much hydrated! It was all dewy with a natural glow! Totally look forward to further sessions with them!

    Feel happy and stratified with the result of Teeth Whitening i did at LA VIE Aesthetics… can get instant result and it’s painless. Did my Fat Freeze treatment as well, it’s relaxing and need time to see the result, advisor advised to drink at least 3 litre plain water a day and come back to see the result few week after. I would like to give 5 stars review to La Vie Aesthetics and thanks advisor Tracy and Letitia.

    i went for my first glaze+ treatment yesterday and was super satisfied with the service there. Consultation done accordingly and treatment done by Emmy. Very friendly and polite. during the treatment, she made sure i was feeling comfortable. After treatment, Emmy also advised me accordingly. just by one session, i could see a slight improvement on my skin. the staffs are friendly too! looking forward to my next appointment!     Went to La Vie Aesthetics for their well-known teeth whitening services and was really impressed just after one session! When I’ve reached, Fiona offered some hot tea for me while I wait for my consultation session. Cheryl was my consultant and she was really friendly! She provided me with detailed information about my session and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Even during the teeth whitening process, it wasn’t uncomfortable at all, despite it being my first time! My teeth actually became 6-8 shades lighter after one session and I am extremely pleased with the results! Now I feel more confident with my smile, thank you La Vie Aesthetics!

    I had the most wonderful experience at La Vie Aesthetics when I went for my first BYEFats Treatment. The staff were attentive and patient as they answered all my queries and worries. The consultant who attended to me as she fixed the BYEFats machine on my tummy was also very gentle and reassuring.

    It has only been a week after my first treatment on freezing the fats on my tummy but I can already the see the difference! My tummy now feels and look a bit smaller and I believe I have lost at least 2 inches off! Can’t wait for my next session! I highly recommend those of you who wish to remove your stubborn fats to try out the BYEFats treatment!

    Had a wonderful experience at La Vie. The beauticians there are very attentive and professional. Did a couple of treatment such as SkinNutrit+, Glaze+, bbFlawlessYou and Dew+. Out of all the treatment that I had, my favourite was the SkinNutri+ and bbFlawlessYou treatment. SkinNutri+ removed the stubborn blackheads on my cheek and nose which I tried a lot ways to remove it but failed while bbFlawlessYou makes my skin shine with radiance. Definitely will return again

    La Vie Aesthetic i give you 5 stars and also 5 thumbs up! My face use to be sensitive and very easily will have red mark even after gentle squeeze.. today my visit was so comfortable without extraction by doing SkinNutri+, Glaze+ and Collagen Hydration Stimulator. SkinNutri+ is a replacement method for extraction, people with congestion skin and clogged pores I recommend this set of treatment.. my skin feel so much hydrated, smooth and fair.. Strongly recommended to look for beautician name Esther.g and Miko.

    Latitia and Nicole are really professional and detailed in explaining the process prior to my treatment. Latitia was really nice, making sure that I understood and that I am comfortable with the advices and procedures. The treatment showed significant results, for less stubborn stains it could be up to 6-8 shades brighter (not even kidding).

    Will definitely recommend!

    Service is excellent and you can see results after the first time. My skin was super dry and had some dry spots on my face. After the first treatment of Glaze+, the dry spots flattened, my freckle spots and fine lines became lesser and lighter. My complexion brightened too.

    Miko did v contour for me. She is gentle and made my whole treatment comfortable. First, she double cleansed my face, then explained to me what to expect. I almost fell asleep during the treatment. The environment is quiet and private. A perfect place to relax and have me-time! There is no hard sell at all. They believe they are good and will sell by itself!
