    Booked the appointment way in advance but gets cancelled the day before. Happened twice! They will hard sell you products and package every single visit. Take your money elsewhere. You can get better service.

    I purchased a menu that included a body massage and scrub, but on the day of my visit, the staff only gave me a 1 hour body massage.

    Have not been here for a long time, customer service is still as bad as ever. They did not prepare and get ready my file before I came even though I booked my appointment a week ago. All they can say is very sorry about it nonchalantly, we missed your file and there wasn’t even any eye contact during the apology. I left after 45 minutes. I believed I have given them enough time.

    Have my MLD done this afternoon by therapist Jessie after the lapse of many months due to the pandemic. As usual, treatment has been done professionally, and I felt much more relaxed.
    I am glad that there was aggressive selling of new treatments or signing of packages after today treatment ?

    Today I had a very effective therapeutic Javanese neck and shoulder massage. The well trained therapist Elise was able to identify the energy blocks and was able to clear it with her gentle massage in a very rhythmic fashion. Right after the session I felt very relieved and deeply relaxed. The premises is super clean and hygienic and they have very courteous and well trained staff. Highly recommended place for a unified and holistic therapeutic experience. Please do visit them.

    Customer service needs to be improved!

    I have made a cancellation on my facial and massage (2 separate appointment on 2 different week) and 2 weeks before the appointment, and they still call you up to confirm the appointment again?? So i have informed twice on facial and thrice on massage ???

    Cant be too efficient, there is no update whoever answered my first call, and whoever called me to cofirmed my appointment again and again

    Too eager to get customer to sign another package when one is only on 2nd session! Regret? Yes!

    Every after a massage session, you are brought into a room and there is an onslaught of sales pitches. It’s getting very frustrating. I have regretted signing up for my package.

    The therapist Yan performs her work professionally, knows the body physic well, she’s able to pin point acue of the pain, to relieve the arching marcles. The body feel better after the treatment.

    The therapists here are good and delivers according to your request and preferences. Their front desk seems to have improved on their standards, hope they keep it up. The facilities seems aged, the lockers creak as you open and close it, once the hanger bar dropped and I could.not store my clothes well. Hopefully they do some upgrading.

    Would like to thank Masni and Janice for their integrity and social ethics. Picked up my wallet, found my contact via my name card and gave me a call before directing it straight to the police. They even placed my wallet in a zip lock bag for safekeeping. It was definitely thoughtful and meticulous of them. Kudos to Inner Harmony for having such great employees and I believe this would show in their service as well! =)
