    Scheduled appt 7:00 and I rushed all the way from hg grab to king George. End up a lady name lavin ( I don’t know who is she. look like a front desk staff) said my appt has not booked and the therapist has just left…?ask me to filled up don’t know what form first(I never fill in I said do consultation is it need to fill in and see from the paper or my face) and asked me seated at the front desk beside sofa and do consultation for me if I can do the plasma eye lift .. after she gave a quick look said cos due to my face pigmentation( actually I have only mild pigmentation at the side face.. front view not able to seen) not advice to do this treatment cos got downtime 3-6mths. Im curious, I’m doing eye for my droopy eye not face and she bring me to see photos other customers doing face and the downtime has caused. Anyway, this lady is not professional… she doesn’t know how to comfort a customer who has actually rushed all the way and noted that never make booking for me and Juz a few words which take less than 5 mins. I really don’t understand they way they handle customer..

    Did 2 fibroblast treatments on my eyebags and am very satisfied with the results. Can really see the improvement and Nanee who did it for me was patient and professional.

    Bought their trial packages thru BKK during Live! Wasn’t a gd experience there, during my 2nd appointment when l reached there then they told me my apptment can only be done an hr ltr coz therapist is sick. Well, is not an excuse at all. Could hv inform customer first thg in the morning or get other therapist to replace her instead of letting customer reached there then inform n customer hv to hang ard doing nothing for an hr. Their facial treatment r a waste of time, don’t c any diff after facial. As for their slimming treatment, don’t feel any diff too. Maybe bcoz l only dif 3 times. Worst of all is arranging apptment, they take forever to reply. Just to arrange one apptment, take abt 2 weeks then able to arrange. Highly not recommended. Overall rating 5/100.
