    The therapist assigned to me for my facial was Vanessa. My experience with her was that she’s professional and have done a good job. Many thanks for the good facial experience.

    I went to the branch at Tampines 1 with my sensitive skin problem and was recommended by the doctor to take up a $3k+ package for 10 sessions of Clear and Brilliant Laser. However, this treatment had my skin problems worsened as I have a Rosacea issue. The laser aggravated my skin and made it painful and red and it did not go away even after almost 2 years. I did not even wish to continue with the laser as it was making my skin worse than improving it and I had to change the remaining 6 sessions to fillers, which were not to my satisfaction either. I felt cheated and decided to return to the clinic recently to realise that it’s a new doctor now. I complained to the doctor my problem and the doctor mentioned that Clear and Brilliant Laser should not be used for my skin condition. To my horror, he suggested me to sign up for another 10 sessions package again and that would cost me another $3k with just a slight discount! I suggested that I do not need 10 sessions and only wanted 6 sessions, but the doctor did not allow it. I felt really disgusted with their service. It was only fair if they could provide me with a reasonable amount of treatment as compensation, but they just wanted to squeeze me out dry with no sense of remorse! The damage they now done to my skin for a $3k+ spent out of my hard earned money! All thanks to Skin Lab at Tampines 1, now I have to put on very thick makeup everyday to hide my red-toned face from embarrassment!

    Excellent service by Ms Hui Yee from Tampines 1 branch. Professional and knowledgable and very patient in explaining the products and types of treatment. Very responsive to queries and rescheduling of appointments. Kudos to her and SkinLab. Thank you!

    Tried the Tampines branch. Its worth it. Angela and Eve were so helpful and explained to me everything- each processes and products theyre offering. No hard selling. They are friendly ad well.

    Love the experience! It was my first time, I only came because I had a free voucher. Hui Yee was so helpful, letting me know the benefits for each step. Definitely a worth it experience.

    Vanessa, my therapist for the day 5th July. She is very friendly. She’s able to advise on my skin condition during the treatment, and I’d definitely recommend her. Place is clean and nice as well, pleasant experience overall.

    It’s my first time ever coming for a facial. Ever. I heard about them via a promo voucher and decided to give it a try. Tina and Eve have been really friendly and knowledgeable! I am positive that my skin is in good hands ^^

    I’ve been getting facials from skinlab from 2016 (was from plaza sing and moved to tampines branch when they opened here), and their medical peel treatment really works for my clogged pores! Totally cleared my cystic acne, and I’ve also gotten treatment for millia seed as well as other skin concerns. Tried out their milk peel recently because my skin was a bit dry today, and was attended to by Jeannie and Eve, and they were great! Jeannie recommended me some products as well because my cleanser was finishing and she wasn’t pushy at all and let me try a range of products that she thought would address my skin concerns. Thanks so much!

    I have been with Skin Lab for about 2 years and I have to say that their service and facials are top notch. Previously my therapist was Candy before she moved to another outlet. She was really good. Now currently Tina is my therapist and I have to say that she is really good too. She is very patient and meticulous. She knows my skin condition very well so is always able to advise on the facial for the day. The service staff here is very friendly and patient and try their best to accommodate my requests. Keep up the great work, Tampines One Skin Lab!

    Visited the Tampines One branch. Got to know the place via referral. Met consultant Eve who is very friendly and professional. She is very knowledgebe and will recommend the suitable facial based on your skin type/condition. My therapist Vernise skills are very good. She is very patient, humorous & accomodating. I always look forward to my facial appointment with her.

    Overall always a very pleasant experience.

    I have been entrusting Skinlab with my skin for many years, from the Wheelock branch to Plaza Singapura to Tampines One, following my amazing therapist Jeannie. Always patient and understanding towards my needs, she’s very much like a sister to me. The Skinlab team is always welcoming and positive. Coming by for my facial is always feels like a much needed treat away from the hustle and bustle of daily life in Singapore.

    Great experience at SkinLab and especially at this Tampines 1 outlet! It has been a great experience and I have really enjoyed my treatments with Vernise and Eve. I have also seen my skin improve and am satisfied with the outcome. Vernise has been very patient and comprehensive in explaining to me my skin conditions and I think her face massages are the best!

    Relaxing, effective, soothing, indulgent — all good things. Tampines team (specifically Hui Yee and Eve) are amazing at what they do but also the warmest group of people. You’ll leave with glowing, happy skin but also a relaxed mind! Can’t say enough good things about Skinlab @ Tampines! I’m so glad I found a high caliber skin care salon with an honest (no hard selling which is best!), helpful staff and comfortable setting. Already looking forward to my next appointment!

    I must say they are very professional and the services are excellent in Tampines 1. The therapist who always does a marvellous job and with excellent facial skills is *Ms Angela Chin*.
    She is awesome, always patient and cautious when she uses skin treatment machine on pigmentation and rejuvenation.

    I love coming to skin lab for facial especially having a sweet and lovely beauty therapist vernice. Always being very friendly and making my every facial session a relaxing and comfortable one.     I’ve been to SkinLab for a little over half a year. Every time I come for my appointment I’m always greeted by a cheerful bunch of therapist who are always ready to help.

    Service at SkinLab has to be one of the best I have experienced at any wellness center. The treatment rooms are accompanied with a pleasant aroma and soothing background music to ensure the best possible treatment experience.

    My personal therapist, Venise, is also very adept at providing the best facial treatment. It is obvious that she is very well experienced and only after a couple of sessions my skin has gotten a lot healthier. She also goes out of her way to prescribe skincare tips to ensure that my skin is kept in the best condition possible.

    Highly recommend!

    Special thanks to my facial therapist, Venise, who has never failed to provide excellent service and advice whenever I am at Tampines One Skin Lab. Venise is one of the best extraction facial specialist whom I have met, and together with Skin Lab’s high quality skin care products, she is able to help me maintain (consistently), a spot-less and glowing complexion with fuss-free facial treatment.

    The young ladies here are very serious! Miss huiyee is very gentle and responsible and very professional! Eve is also very helpful to make an appointment every time! The effect is also very good!

    I am very satisfied with the service provided by therapist Hui Yee at Tamp 1 branch. Her facial massages are gentle yet firm, and she is the most thorough during extraction amongst all the therapists I’ve booked at this branch. 2 thumbs up to Hui Yee! The products recommended by Eve for my facial were also suitable for my sensitive skin. Other than the occasional “selling” of additional products after each session, I am happy with the services and I would recommend Skinlab to first time users. – Daphne

    Bought the Fave first trial hydrating facial and it states valid for WP holder too. When I reached there, the staff told me that they don’t accept work permit holder and wish to refund. Told them it’s stated on Fave about the validity for WP holder and the lady told me it’s Fave’s mistake for that and there are willing to do the facial for me. ? a week after skin lab facial, went to check on Fave again, THE VALIDITY FOR WORK PERMIT IS STILL THERE! Please call and check before you purchase from Fave. Facial was ok. But abit hard selling. Wanted to ask me sign a $2k plus of package. They will give you a attitude after you rejected

    Have been with skinlab tampines for about one year. Service has been superb! No hard sell, no gimmicks. Treatment is always tip top from my favorite therapist, Angela. Though young, she is very good with what she’s doing. She is careful when trying new things on me, making sure I have no allergic reactions, even called the next day to check if my skin is OK. The branch Manager, Eve, never hard sell products or package to me. When I have queries, she always takes time to explain, even though it’s closing time, she never rush me. She’s knowledgeable with products and treatment and will only recommend what is needed for me., not like some places that are only keen to make sales.
    Highly recommended !!!

    Got serviced by Angela from Tampines 1. Did medical peel. She’s professional and informative. Her extraction doesn’t hurt and my face didn’t stay red for long after the extraction. After facial my face feels light and clean but not dry. Overall good job!

    Used the ocbc voucher for a first time trial. Tina was good and professional in her facial skills. Their price point, however, is quite high.
