    It was a fantastic experience and the products they used really helped. All the better, the products are sold too so I can continue to use them at home. My therapist Yuki was great! Delicate and thorough.

    I visited Freia Aesthetics 2 weeks ago for a pre-wedding facial and was assisted by Fion.

    She did a skin analysis for me before recommending the LDM facial and eye treatment when I shared that I wanted to get a facial that could help me achieve that pre-wedding glow and help brighten my eye area.

    The facial was such a TREAT. It started with some essential oil breathing exercises which I totally loved. Fion went on to double cleanse my face and did some light extraction. I was transported to heaven with what followed… The massage at the end of the facial was really magical and they even took care of my neck, shoulders and upper back. It was total bliss and I was so sad when the facial ended.

    I was totally sold and signed up for a package with them. Thank you so much team Freia and I look forward to many more facials with Fion!

    I had a very good facial with Sue Ann. It was a basic facial but she cleansed and extracted my face thoroughly. My face was radiant after the treatment. I’m coming back again. Thank you so much

    Facial environment was very pleasant and service staff was super helpful and accommodating right from the booking stage to my final arrival at the place. Yuki was very patient and professional at every step of the process and explaining the products. The facial was pleasant and soothing. The best affirmation came when I was complimented on my skin by my friends and family. I also felt my skin became smoother and firmer. I have already booked my next appointment:)

    I was running late to my appointment after work but Yuki my therapist was very understanding and waited. The facial treatment was professional – did not rush the extractions. Yuki was very friendly and explained each step. Had no red marks after the mask etc and skin looking very clear day 2. Overall great service – I will be back. G. Edwards

    Booking system was easy to navigate. The staff was very responsive and went out of their ways to ensure I had amazing experiences. I chose Pietro Simone’s Italian Bella Complex Replenish facial which gave me immediate amazing results. My skin felt calm and well-moisturized. The massage was so relaxing I wish I could ask for an extra 30 minutes of massage alone (hehe). The result was even more noticeable the next day. So happy with the hospitality and services that I will buy a package here soon as my current package at the other place runs out. ❤️

    I called for a last minute facial and Serene kindly helped me arrange for one. I was really lucky to get a slot since it was almost 7.30pm and any new facial appointment would most certainly mean a later night for the facial therapist. To me, that was testament to the good service that was to come..

    Ally, my facial therapist, was professional. She did everything quietly and so gently that i enjoyed every bit of it – even the extraction which was normally painful. Even though it was late, i didnt feel like she was rushed for time or tired.

    There was no hard sell at the end either. I enjoyed every bit of the pampering that Freia bestowed on me!

    My first visit today, and was attended to by Ally whose immaculate service I’d like to commend. She took time to explain the products and facial treatment. The entire experience was an absolute treat. I will be back.

    I have been to freia for the second time today, the first time was at raffles and today was at wisma.

    the staffs were very friendly and they were very professional to introduce products that really targeted to your needs.so far I am happy with the products that I got from them.

    the facial was enjoyable one as even the extraction doesn’t make my face look horrible as compared to the facial place that I went before, they were professional and gentle to my skin and I definitely see improvement so I went back for second facial and get myself a package with them.

    looking forward to the next appointment??

    I did the Future Gua Sha facial at Freia. The whole experience was so relaxing and amazing. The face massage was simply “wow”. Therapist Eugine was knowledgeable in the products used and recommended a few suitable for my skin type. Really appreciated that there were no hard sell unlike so many other spas. I came out with glowing skin and would definitely go back for more. Well done Freia!

    (I went to the branch at Novena but decided to post my review here as the Novena branch is more dedicated to hair issues)

    Context: I am an acne sufferer (sensitive, hormonal acne, tend to have cysts and scarring) and have laser and facial packages signed elsewhere.

    The summary: I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a pampering and thoughtful experience with high quality facial procedure and products used.

    Detailed review below:

    Initially I was a little intimidated as my skin condition is quite poor. From my past experiences, the facial therapists would more often than not comment on how bad my skin is, making me even more self-conscious. I also had instances where they would use my acne as a reason to skip the facial massage step (which is part of what I signed up for), saying it would make it worse.

    I opted not to have any doctor consultation at Freia as I already have good knowledge of my skin condition. Wendy was able to help me recommend a facial procedure that’s suitable and was very professional and patient when I had many questions about the various facials.

    I opted for the Future Afterglow facial, which is a 90min session along with 3 different masks used. Yes, 3!!!

    Throughout the entire process, Wendy was so meticulous and thorough. At no stage was she rushing things through which really makes me feel very well taken care of. She also explained what each step entailed along with their intended efforts. Talk about top-notch service!

    After the facial, Wendy did not hard sell anything. I left the session feeling sooooo relaxed and treated like royalty.

    My face for rest of the night looked reddish due to my skin condition. However, the next day, the redness was gone and my skin was left in a much better condition than before! And it also feels very nourished with a natural glow.

    I might not see myself making this a regular thing as it is on the pricer side (hey, you pay for what you get), and I see it more as a pampering session for special occasions, maybe once every few months or so 🙂

    Finally, I want to emphasize to anyone with my skin that you should not expect your skin to turn perfect overnight after a session here, but it definitely helps boost the overall state and look of your skin.
