    Felt like getting scam.
    Doctor did the type of treatment they deem is good for client without informing.
    First try, spent $400 and no different made to the face. Freckles still there. Benefit of doubt given. Tried second time. Another $200 spent. Freckles on face still there despite was told second time is going to be the remover of the freckles things on face.

    Very pushy sales and always upsell their packages. I have already signed 2 packages with them. Only during last visit then I realised the lifting treatment has side effects, ie, worsen my pigmentation. this was not known to me before. I was super disappointed… how can they sell me something that will lift up my face but worsen my pigmentation! Shouldn’t this be mentioned before I bought the package? When I asked for conversion of the remaining value, the consultant says I need to buy another package in order to off-set the remaining value. The amount I need to top up is almost the same as the remaining value. After I finished my treatments, I will never visit this place nor recommend this place to anyone. Oh, and the feedback link doesn’t work at all.

    amazing staff who is always smiling and making you feel welcomed. I have been coming to this clinic for a couple months now and I have nothing but good to say. My first aqua peel experience with Toni today was phenomenal. She is detailed and gentle. I will definitely recommend my family and friends. Thank you Toni for perfecting my skin today and thank you Angel for always making sure I book my appointments and giving the best customer service experience!

    Very friendly staffs especially Angel, Ivy and Carmen. Clear explanations throughout the processes and they really took great care of me. Highly recommend Dr Joanne and the efficient team to everyone.

    I bought a 1st package and wasn’t “in time” to utilise all the vouchers (one major reason is the lead time for appointments has always been long and packed, sitting in the clinic waiting for appointment to start had always been rather long) and sales staff up sell me to purchase another service utilising the remaining vouchers to offset the original price. That worked fine for me as I wanted to try that other service anyway. However on the day I turned up for my appointment (couple of months later), I waited for 1 hour past my appointment time with numbing cream on my entire face, sitting outside at the waiting area, just waiting with no idea when will I be shown to a room and when will the doctor be ready. That was my last straw, the last time I will waste my time waiting way beyond my appointment time with no communication from staff whatsoever (until I was preparing to walk away as I needed to rush for a hospital visit). My request for a refund has been ignored till now and website feedback form when I last tried did not even work.

    Be aware of their pricing. Prices you find online do not match reality (much more expensive)
