    I frequent shugar at waterway point for my eyebrow trimming. They do a very neat and painless job. Reeve in particular is really skillful.

    Highly recommend Alice, very experienced and patient facial therapist. Tried Steven for TCM body massage for the 1st time…very good and thorough.

    Got a classic manicure done by the friendly and competent Boey. Great service, nice atmosphere, accessible location. Standard prices. And most importantly, no hard selling!

    My therapist Selly is very good and I am always happy to do my nails and share stories with each other. Shes super friendly and make me feel super comfortable everytime i come. One thing i love about shugar spa is they dont discriminate your body at all. If you’re bigger size or have hairy legs. I just love that about them because I have been to so many places where they would comment stuff about your body and that made me uncomfortable and think that they are so backwards but definitely not at Shugarspa. I decided to get a package with them because everything is done so properly and they make you feel like a Princess ?. I definitely reccomend coming here and do request for Selly or any other staff because all of them are friendly and warm!

    I come to Shugar Spa for eyelash extensions every month and I’ve been requesting for Apple everytime due to the following reasons:

    She can speak english fluently, very accomodating and always give me advice on how to take carr of my lashes properly. Moreover, she’s very kind to come over to Waterwaypoint branch to assist me.

    I highly recommend her. Thank you Apple, you’ve done excellent job.

    Had a pretty good first experience with LiZhen today. I came for a massage and she was very thorough and pinpointed areas she could feel were really tight. Even though I couldn’t really speak Chinese nor she English, she was very friendly and patient with me and tried to explain things about the massage in relation to my body. She even let me whip out google translate to help us ahha. Will definitely return again, although I would probably like someone I can communicate with just so I am able to express my needs better. I’m editing this review to say that even though I opted for a aromatherapy massage which was supposed to be relaxing, 10 hrs later, my whole back is now bruised as it felt more like a deep tissue massage and I did feel a lot of pain during the session. I felt there was too much pin pointed pressure and I was unable to relax but Im sure it was also because she found I had a lot of knots. I don’t blame her, because I wasn’t able to communicate in Chinese I needed it lighter and A LOT more gentler. Nonetheless, she is a skilled masseuse and very friendly. I would go back to her again after learning some terms in mandarin. I also appreciated that at the end of the session there was no hard-selling for packages and that really made me feel comfortable. Overall a positive experience.

    Alice is very professional, did my eyebrow shaping very efficiently and prettily. She is patient with me and and even gave tips on drawing beautiful eyebrows that suit my face shape. Will come back again ☺️

    I did basic manicure and gelish pedicure 16 august 2022.

    I would say the staff were very courteous and made ur visit comfortable. Sally did my pedicure beyond my expectation she even gave me advice on what colour to choose and she patiently did my nail art. She even recommended to add a second colour.

    Nicole who did my manicure in a painless process.she buff and shine my nails like a blinking diamond.
    I will honestly recommend their service here.

    I am an existing customer of shugar spa, and today is my first time having Selly to fix my toes as I have experiencing pain on my toe due to the ingrown nails. She is very well experienced and took care of my swollen toes nicely. Thank you so much Selly ! ☺️

    Stella and Dajie is good in massage & Boey and Selly is good in manicure and pedicure ! Alice is good in facial! Me and my wife enjoy the services, we will be back.

    Did a footlogix callous treatment today and served by Boey, nicely done and feels good. Also tried the 30mins foot massage by a new male therapist today, VERY TO THE POINT! It’s different from those Thai or Java foot massage! Will definitely come back for more. ?
