    The first visit they are attentive and willing to cut nicely and invite you to sign package. After the first the rest of the visits turn into horror, no heart to cut for you and anyhow cut. Keep asking to top up $$ to be a member. So not professional. Will not visit again it’s irritating.

    This place has been around for so long but I have never tried their haircut even though I live here for 30+years and I am super impressed after this trip! Amazing cut at very affordable prices for top salon work, and I will definitely come back again! But beware of the other similar name salon next door (called No. 1) as it is NOT this salon, #1.

    It was my first time to come to this shop. Simon helped me cut my hair. I didn’t need to say too much. He knew what I wanted and cut my hair very nicely. Thank you Simon for your professional skills and service. I am very satisfied🥰🥰🥰

    Have been at this salon for 18 years with Jason and he has been very consistent with his excellent hair styling at very reasonable prices
    Most importantly this salon has never pushed packages be it hair cut, treatment ect. They do an excellent job, charge a reasonable price and so happy customers return.

    I have recommended this salon to many of my colleagues and they have been very happy

    I have noticed rediculous reviews by Chee Phenn Foo and others about another hair shop with similar name : Salon No.1 on this Google page. Why would you try to lower this shops Google review by writing another another shop with a similar name?
    This is NOT the right shop

    Please make sure to come to the right shop SALON #1 HAIR AND BEAUTY

    Dont go the wrong shop. This salon has been here for 3 decades and other salons have tried to use similar name to snatch customers. His photo is here to show u who he is

    I had a fantastic experience at Salon #1 Bishan Branch! It was my first time trying hair color blending, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. A huge thank you to Salon Director Jason for his expertise and for creating a look that suits me perfectly—I absolutely love the hairstyle!

    Also, a special shoutout to Jayden for doing an amazing job with the highlights. Both Jason and Jayden were professional, attentive, and made the whole process comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for quality hair services and a great experience!

    Shittiest salon ever. Can’t listen to instructions. Customer is female and the hair stylist didn’t even bother to cover us. Take ppl’s money and don’t even deliver. Lazy…plus just want to serve other customers when not even done with the current customer. What a joke.

    Definitely recommend this salon!

    Here’s the story—I first went to No.1 Salon (the one next door with a similar name) and I did showed the uncle stylist a reference picture, but the result was completely different, i couldn’t accept and direct stop the uncle dy. Definitely nightmare, my hair looked even uglier than before the cut.

    Thankfully, I found #1 Salon asked for help. They did an amazing job fixing it, making my undone hair look clean and styled. It wasn’t exactly what I originally wanted, but it was definitely much better than before.

    Really appreciate their help—highly recommend!
