    I love going here all the time, staff are so welcoming, kind and do my nails with care every single time. Prices are also so affordable compared to other salons and thus that’s why I choose to travel to Yishun to just get my nails done here every single time.

    I first visited Saigon Star last year, was served by Sally and Vicky. Impressed by their service provided so become a permanent customer till now. I also did nail art for the first time for CNY 2023 and I like it. Today I tried their Facial done by Mirin, my face feel so refreshing. And relaxing till I fell asleep?

    I did gel mani and pedicure with full set extensions and gradual glitters colors

    Good and polite , not hard selling and importantly very reasonable price !

    Pleasant experience at the salon, my nails are nicely done. Not too much hard selling, they will recommend but not hard sell. Very skilled and reasonably priced

    Exorbitant price for soak off, they will just add on and on for the removal of metal ornaments, and extension. Asked for a trim but ended up getting a big chunk of my nail being cut. She just took the cutter and snapped so quickly. There goes my long nails. I have been growing them for months, now I have to end up paying more for extensions for all the nails. The length of my nails now are not equal as well, some shorter than the others.

    If you have cheaper options for soak off, don’t come here, they charged me $38. And if you go for a trim, do watch over the manicurist that they won’t over trim. Hate the hardselling tactics too.

    The service at Saigon star is excellent. They care for the customer.. and give good service results. I do my lashes here and they turn out to be beautiful. These lashes last long too.

    Was previously a loyal customer here but after multiple bad experiences decided not to go back. They have no integrity when it comes to the cost of their services. I always ended up having to pay more than what was initially agreed upon. I booked an appointment for express mani because of their promotion but was told at the end that they had done a classic mani for me instead. The male director in charge has 0 professionalism and told me if their service is bad I should not sign up for packages with them. Extremely disappointed with their treatment towards a loyal customer and will never be coming back. Would give 0 stars if I could.
