    My first Resplandor facial experience and I was attended by Eleanor, she was friendly and gentle with me during the facial. Would recommend coming here 🙂

    Recommended by a friend of mine. Soothing treatment with a peaceful ambience. I actually fell asleep during the treatment by Widyan. Widyan is knowledgeable and has great customer service skills. She also checked in time to time to ensure that I was comfortable during treatment. The place was also clean, cosy & hygienic.

    My first Resplandor facial experience was pleasant and relaxing. I was attended by Kila who asked various questions to understand my skin condition and concerns. She recommended the Cinnamon Acne facial and we went ahead with it. Hope to see good results over time. Overall I am satisfied with the facial 🙂

    Went for the prescription facial and Widyan was very gentle throughout. There was no hard selling and I love how knowledgeable she is about my skin condition and the type of skincare I should be using.

    EDIT: I tend to have a breakout the next day after i received their facial 😭 I’ve stopped going back and my skin stabilises & no pimple growing alr….. and I think smaller packages they don’t allow you to share alr…

    Chance upon their store on IG! Booked their facial for oct as they are having 10%. Was served by Kila, she was polite & welcoming. I did hydro boost facial ($108, 90mins) it felt relaxing. She will tell u what she is applying & extractions was painful (which is normal) esp nose area! Other than that, the mask used smelt rly very nice 😆 Environment was decent, with soft music at the background. Maybe feedback would be to control the amt of foam/cleanser used as some of it dripped to both side of my shoulder & abit seeped into my eye! Other than that, I’m happy with the treatment & service ☺️ That’s whyI signed another 3x facial ($300) price is slightly cheaper than ala carte! No hard selling also. Love that i could share with other & no expiry. Would recommend everyone to try out their facial if u are looking for a decent place~~ (They would ask u to leave a feedback (not forcefully) on their FB, but i prefer google hehe so u can trust the reviews here as i know some facial place would ask customer to leave review in exchange for something! Also, the location is about 5 mins walk from Jurong East MRT so quite convenient

    Came for a prescription facial and was attended to by aesthetician Kila. She was very friendly and professional in explaining my skin analysis results and shared helpful recommendations on how to build upon my existing skincare routine. She was also gentle during the facial treatment process. No hard selling at the end. Great experience, and highly recommend! 🙂

    Facial: Prescription facial

    Eleanor was gentle and would constantly check in on how I was feeling and if I felt any stinging due to my sensitive skin. She would also immediately wipe the product away and replace it. I was pleasantly surprised by the treatment as other facial salons would always say it was normal to have a stinging sensation. There’s no hardselling and she would recommend what products to use that’s best suited for your skin as well. Would definitely come again. :>

    Eleanor was gentle throughout the facial. She gave me good advice on my skincare routine. Didn’t hard sell at all. Will continue to have more facial sessions.

    My first facial after 4 years. Did the prescription facial with Kila as my therapist. The face analysis was spot on. My facial included cleansing, extraction, steaming, masking and a little massage. Kila was gentle and focused on the facial (I prefer no small talks during facial). I love her vibe too. Couldn’t give 5 stars because the place is rather small with curtains as dividers and the aircon was loud despite the calm background music. Not a major concern though since the place is clean. Upon payment, no hard-selling of services or products which I absolutely appreciate – in fact, makes me inclined to come for more maintenance sessions. Kila advised me to keep up with my current skincare routine too. I’ll come here again for a simple fuss free facial!

    My first facial experience where the aesthetician is English speaking!! This lack of language barrier changed the whole facial experience for me. My aesthetician Eleanor was informative and gentle in handling my face. The clinic is conveniently located beside Jurong East MRT too. Can’t wait for my next appt! 🙂

    first time here and it was amazing. Clariss is super patient and gentle during the entire facial that I even slept through extractions. No hard selling but i bought their package because it was that great!

    Clean and comfortable space. My therapist, Eleanor was kind and gentle during the facial. She also took the time to advise on my skincare and what my skin requires. Recommended!

    I did the prescription facial with Kila a few days ago. Before the start of the facial, I did the skin analysis and Kila explained to me clearly about the skin issue that I have. The facial was super relaxing and she was super gentle with my face. Extraction was done thoroughly and painless that I fell asleep. Best part is no hard selling of packages. I can say that this is one of the best facial that I had.
