    Great service by Elaine, enjoyed the entire experience thoroughly. My first time coming for facial.

    It wasn’t painful, it was very enjoyable

    She was super professional, explaining each steps of the way while still giving me the sufficient time to enjoy my rest without any hardselling at all

    I’ll recommend 10/10 if you truly want to enjoy a good facial

    Amazing service by Candy!!!!! She got mother vibes and really take care of you throughout the facial treatment… super friendly and funny making the facial not only relaxing but comfortable too! There’s no hard sell either but definitely will come back!!!!!!

    I would like to give appraisal to your staff Eileen at Tampines outlet. She is knowledgeable and responsible towards her customer. Give good advice without hard selling. Especially her hand massage on my face is marvelous. Never short cut the steps during the facial even though mine is a trial session. Keep it up.

    Very good service, especially Candy who does her work to the mark and beyond. I’ve been having facial for more than 20 years and Candy has impressed me with her skills and attention to detail. Products used are good and her skills are onpoint, plus she’s very meticulous and no hard sell. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

    The worst experience ever, no lifting result at all with the beautician who has rough skills and knowledge, the most important thing is she has forgotten the timing of putting mask until the mask dried up till like a paper! In the end I removed the mask by myself and go out ask for help!

    Staff named Candy was very informative and friendly. She’ll just be honest with u on ur skin condition and give u the treatment suitable for ur skin. She does her work properly and not like halfway. Thank u!
